Right at the front of the city, easy access to all the best spots in Belfast. Staff were quite unpleasent the night we stayed but this was due to the barragement of drunks at the front of the hotel on any given weekend night. It was quite intimidating but we were alright in the end!

Stayed here for one night before Chritamas with my sister. Check in was easy and room was really clean. We didn't have any food in got me but the offering of a breakfast to go (following covid restrictions) looked really good. Location for city centre was really good and I would most definately stay here again.

The location was brilliant and the staff were so nice. At such an affordable price it’s the ideal hotel to lay your head while on a city break to Belfast. The nearby carpark was nearer than I thought and was cheaper than advertised - special Covid rate. Given the current Covid 19 situation I expected the room to be cleaner. Both bedside tables were sticky and dirty. One of the beds had quite a bit of dirt and was sticky.

Response from IBIS Belfast City Centre, General Manager at Ibis Belfast City Centre
Responded Dec 22, 2020
Good Evening ChloeF, Thank you for your valued opinions with regards to your recent stay at our hotel. I can only apologise the cleanliness of the hotel was not to your standards and we have taken all comments on board and will ensure this never happens again. The housekeeping team are aware of your review and during these worrying times cleanliness should not dip. We hope this does not put you off staying as it is not our usual standard and it is great to see that everything else was just perfect. We are lucky to be located in the heart of the City with all the shops, restaurants, bars and attractions all within minutes walking distance so it is lovely to hear you enjoyed our location. We are lucky to have a discounted rate agreed with the car park directly across the road so it is great to hear you found this an advantage. We hope our great value prices, superb location and excellent facilities will encourage you to come back to see us again in 2021. We hope you have a fantastic new year on behalf of the whole team and we look forward to seeing you when everything settles around the world. Kind Regards, Claire Davidson Duty Manager
