This was my first time staying at Ibis hotels. This location was excellent, very close to shops, restaurants and some local attractions. Surrounding area and businesses beside hotel are really run down and depressing looking. Room was basic, way too much cheap wood and had wooden flat pack floor which made the room feel colder. Bed was comfy but pillows... More

We had read other reviews so knew what to expect. Very basic, tired looking but ideally situated for all the attractions. Clean room, bedding and towels and the breakfast staff were lovely. Would like to make a special mention to Andrew, Les and Sharna of who all made a special effort. We would recommend this hotel if you are happy... More

Room basic but clean, broadly what I expected. Hotel is let down by restaurant. Nachos with the most basic presentation and synthetic cheese -... More

From the time we walked in, the service from the receptionist was second to none. I cant remember her name, but she was so friendly & helpful, always had a lovely... More

Although billed as 24/7 for serving food we were told we d be 'lucky' if... More
