This was my second visit to Belfast. We always have a great time, it's an amazing city, so much history,a really lively atmosphere and really friendly people. This trip was a quick overnight stay with two friends. We booked this hotel as we got a really good price, the location was great and the hotel looked modern and comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and the check in was seamless. The rooms were nice, modern, bright and comfortable with everything you would need for a short stay. They are probably better suited to couples as the space is a bit limited and the bathrooms have transparent glass. All in all a great hotel and highly recommended.
I was travelling to Belfast for work, and the brief given was 'cheap and central'. EasyHotel Belfast was the best option that ticked both of those boxes, but I'm always wary of cheap hotels as I've had some bad experiences (see past reviews...) Luckily EasyHotel Belfast was a real pleasure to stay in. It's five minutes walk from the Europa Bus Station and City Hall, so ideally placed to explore the city centre, and close to several pubs and bars without having any noise issues. The staff member who greeted me was friendly and efficient; the same staff member was on duty most of the night and gave me some suggestions for places to eat nearby. The room itself was bright and comfortable. Certainly on the basic side, but had just about everything I would have needed (no hair-dryer or kettle but I can deal with that for a night). The bathroom is adjoined to the room by a frosted glass sliding door so privacy isn't perhaps the best, but as I was travelling alone this wasn't a huge issue. The bed was comfy with a couple of pillows and TV mounted on the wall opposite. I got a good sleep (had been wary of noise from other guests but nothing reached me) and checked out easily the next morning again. Altogether it was hassle-free, and for the money paid I thought excellent value. I'd happily stay there again if I was there with work or on a budget.…
The hotel staff were very friendly to us and helped find great places to enjoy our trip. The room was simple with few services and the best breakfast in the cafes around. In relation to the location it is in a strategic point of good pubs, restaurants and places to visit.
Stayed as we were going out for a meal and drinks and it was a great location. Rooms are small but clean. Only let down was the noise from other patrons . Started about 5pm music was so loud we actually thought it was outside. Mentioned to reception on way out. Came back about midnight and it was quiet but about 2.45am I was awoken by girls shouting and screaming slamming doors etc. Let it go on for a bit then heard a bit of a commotion and it all stopped can only assume other people staying complained. This is obviously not the hotels fault and I would stay again, price may attract younger crowd? Also bathrooms are pretty see through not much privacy if you don’t want someone seeing you sitting on the toilet.
Staff were very friendly, excellent location, great room and clean and tidy! Check in and check out were both smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend for a cheap, decent place to stay in the heart of Belfast.
Lovely comfortable hotel in the heart of Belfast. Room had everything required and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Hotel is right in the centre of Belfast with fantastic bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Only a few minutes walk to the main shopping areas. Fantastic value for money and will definitely use again.
Booked this as a cheap and cheerful option right in the city centre - a stones throw from the City Hall. Very small rooms but immaculate and spotlessly clean. Hand wash and shower gel provided. They will hold luggage etc during the day if you leave at night. Little coffee shop adjoining do nice croissants and coffee. Decent pub across the road and near to The Crown. Also excellent staff. Would definitely go back again when in Belfast.
Excellent no frills hotel. We paid an extra £10 on arrival for early check in. Very clean twin room. Nice towels. Nice bedding. Squeezy shower gel and soap. Excellent hot powerful shower. Faultless key cards No hairdryer. No kettle t/c in room so no late night hot drinks. Shower and loo pod is quite exposing with little privacy and no noise control if you know what I mean. No real desk or chair. Ikea type school desk in room collapsible for one Great air con. Excellent central location. Very clean. Very secure. Very comfortable bed. Very simple.
Pros: The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is PERFECTLY located. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking is available at a six minute walk away. At check out they give you a discount ticket for half price. 21 pounds for two days. Cons: The rooms were VERY loud. From the bottles being emptied outside to the creaking of the floor whenever someone walks past the room. When checking out early morning I had to wait for someone to show up who knew what the parking discount card was as the man at reception said ‘I don’t work here, I’m only covering for someone’s shift’
Staff were amazing, room was very spacious, we stayed in the superior double, everything you could possibly need. Free TV and Wifi. Perfectly placed near to city hall. For a 'budget' hotel the service was on par if not better than a 5 star hotel. Thank you all, we will be back to visit again soon
