Have not stayed in the hotel (I live in Belfast) but have used the Café several times. Never had a problem getting a table. Service is not slow but could be a bit quicker. The staff have always been friendly, courteous and prepared to go that extra bit to make the experience

Observatory Bar is better than "Top of the Rock" in New York. Truly stunning service and ambience. Sea Horse restaurant serves top class food. Foyer is buzzing! First floor restaurant is super! Can't wait to get back!
