Great location, very friendly staff, warm welcome and easy check out. Rooms are nicely decorated, very modern, great atmosphere. Definitely we will stay again as it was close to the Waterfront and car parking was cheap.

Excellent location, walk out the door into downtown Belfast. We had a comfy room which was perfect for us two. Room 214 had a very comfortable bed and a very large shower with rain shower head. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast fare and rooftop bar. Short taxi ride to transportation hubs and Titanic Experience. Black cabs were not available so we ended up hiring local cab driver Robert to take us to see political murals, they have his number in the book at the front desk, he was excellent. Fantastic price point, this is an outstanding deal in the heart of Belfast.

Lovely quirky hotel in a great location. Our room was on the smaller side but big enough for the two of us and very clean and comfortable. The tv with a built in chromecast was a nice touch! All the staff were friendly and so helpful, particularly the women we spoke to on reception. The outdoor bar was great and the snacks we ordered were lovely. Our only regret was that the rooftop bar was shut as we stayed on a Tuesday so we’d definitely be back if in Belfast again! We hired Belfast bikes to cycle down the quayside of the Titanic quarter only to realise that we could’ve used the hotel’s own bikes for free!

We stayed at hotels, guesthouses, and B&Bs over two weeks in Ireland. Our room at the Bullitt was the least comfortable. We got room 314 next to the elevator. About 1/4 of the room was carved out for the elevator space. It was like Tetris to move around. There was not a chair or stool in the room, nowhere to hang you towel in the bathroom, no waters. The staff was very gracious otherwise and the location convenient. I would not stay here again without seeing my room before I unpack.

Our stay at the Bullitt was short - arrived in the evening to be close to the City airport for our flight very early the next morning - but it was a pleasant one. Front desk clerk greeted us and was extremely helpful, answering questions about where to get a bite to eat, arranging a cab for the next morning, and was in general, pleasantly conversational. Room was clean (we booked the "Comfy" room), and allowed us enough space to completely lay out and repack our bags. Bathroom small but just fine for one person at a time. I really liked that the bathroom toiletries were not teeny bottles of things, but large pumps that stay in the room. Much more sustainable. However! I am 5'3" (1.6m), and the pumps in the shower were mounted on the wall above my head. I could reach them to push the pump, but only just. A slightly shorter person would probably not have the height to push down on the pump to dispense the shampoo. Décor is modern, trendy, and a little funky. (Upon walking into the hotel, my husband said, "we're not cool enough to stay here.") Walking through the lobby bar/lounge area was nice but very dark. We didn't get to sit to enjoy it but it was empty the night we were there (a Thursday). Hallway noise was easy to hear but it seemed like soundproofing between rooms was good as we didn't hear any other guests in rooms. Location was good and lots to walk to, and a variety of food options on the same street as the hotel. Room also had the tiniest refrigerator I've ever seen! Good to hold a few cans/bottles. I would definitely rebook here if I am ever in Belfast again, and recommend a Comfy room for a duo or single. Larger rooms available for friend groups or families, but I didn't see those accommodations. Note to American travelers: this hotel does not provide washcloths, which can be common at European hotels. I stayed at six hotels & B&Bs in Ireland this trip, and half had washcloths. Bring your own washcloth in some color other than white (so you can spot it as YOURS and not leave it behind at a hotel) if traveling in Europe. Also, this hotel provided hair conditioner, which isn't the case at all hotels.

The staff are the jewels in the crown of this architecturally arresting city centre hotel. Welcoming, attentive, charming, professional and very supportive when our flight home was cancelled. Outside bar has a brilliant atmosphere over the weekend, the lobby bar area busy but calm with excellent snack menu and coffee. We ate supper in the grill restaurant - hake with moules and samphire a lovely combo. Dinky bedrooms very practical with v.v. comfy beds, pillows a little firm. A window that opened a chink would have been good for the slightly claustrophobic upstairs atmosphere. Breakfast in the capital city of breakfasts is a treat, offering unusual variety - all we tried was delicious.

Great location, very friendly helpful staff. We had the small room. I'd read negative reviews. It is small. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom, shower facilities were very satisfactory and clean. At the end of the day, we slept and freshened up in the room and it was more than adequate. We would definitely return.
