Good location in the Uplands district of Swansea. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and it's just a short walk into the city or, through the parks, to the seafront. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I had booked a single room and it really was very, very small indeed, with a small window looking directly onto a...

This small hotel is located on the edge of Uplands, which is a student area of the city of Swansea. The rooms were of decent proportion with a small en-suite that was adequate for our needs. Beds were extremely comfortable (I have a bad back). We had no problem with road noise and slept very well each night. The breakfast...

OK Let's get the good stuff out of the way. Everyone is friendly and the place is clean and the breakfast is good but, a cat couldn't swing a cat in the room I'm in. I'm paying the same price as Travelodge and the room is the same size as an en-suite.

The positive: Toiletries and plenty of coffee & tea provided. WiFi was OK. The negative Bed slants towards one side, walls are very thin so you could hear talking & snoring of your neighbour all night long. Not conductive to a good rest! It was an extremely small room in general (which I expected with a single). However in the...

This review is exactly what I expected from this lady and is all because she was so lazy she couldn't get out of bed in time for breakfast unlike every other guest so arrived in the breakfast room 20 minutes after breakfast had finished and stood in the middle of the dinning room demanding breakfast. As always we were polite...

We arrived at The White House around 9pm on a Friday evening. The hotel boasts of free parking but it means 'if available on surrounding streets'. When we arrived there were no spaces at all. The reception staff said that hadn't happened in 6 years... (when we left in the morning there were still no spaces so I'm not sure...

many thanks for your kind review and always appreciate our guests feedback. However I think I need to clarify a few of your comments. Firstly we don't boast private parking as there is ample on street parking available adjacent to the hotel in Eaton Crescent and this is stated on the website you booked through "Free public parking is possible...

Good location, street parking was free with no restrictions so no problem (some areas of Swansea charge after 9am), very friendly welcome. Efficient card keys made coming and going at all times very easy. The hotel was mostly quiet, although I was woken early (5 am) as I think other guests were contractors who obviously had to go to work....

It was my first time staying at this hotel and I had a very positive experience. Staff were friendly and the food was delicious. The hotel was absolutely clean and room was very comfortable. I was only 5 minutes walk away from the shops and bars etc so it was convenient. I will be diffidently coming back to this hotel...

We stayed for one night whilst visiting our son who has started at the University this year. It is a quiet location, but less than £4 by taxi to the centre, about seven minutes drive away. The family room slept three. The decor is a little dated, but the room was very clean, with a good selection of tea, coffee, biscuits...

This was an excellent hotel for our purpose ( attending Uni course) or frankly any purpose. The rooms were very comfortable. VG tea making facilities with copious amounts of provisions and nice biscuits. Excellent breakfast with an extensive choice, nicely presented. Extra details like card access to front door and room plus iron and board in room VG The shower/...

I stayed here to help my son arrange accommodation for university. Steve was very helpful and friendly, and the room was perfect for what I wanted - it had a bed, tea making facilities and an en suite; basically all you need to put your head down for the night. The breakfast was great too (although not massively keen on...
