Have lost count at the amount of times I have stayed here and even though from South Wales,my partner and I have loved everytime we have visited. It's like being on holidays. We normally get good deals online including breakfast and dinner. Have eaten in most of the restaurant apart from the new ones! Favourite is the Rafters! Out of... More

Absolutely Fabulous! Venue, Food , Service and Scenery My meal was a parsnip soup to start. I've never tasted soup quite like it. The taste was gorgeous. This was followed by a chicken Kiev. ..cooked to perfection. Small fillets of chicken in a lovely sauce with green beans and vegetables and gorgeous chips. So tasty. Then I had a pavlova.... More

Having been for a visit previously I was really excited to return and have the opportunity to stay. On arrival people were friendly and helpful which was great. The confusion, especially given the numbers of people who were confused, around the elevator system could probably need reviewing. If your there for a meeting then be prepared for a dark, hot... We had lunch at the Olive Tree restaurant on the hottest day of the year so far, after we had ordered our lunch we were told that we could not have a jug of water as the water system in the resort had broken, we were offered bottled water, but we would have to pay for it. We waited an... More

This hotel is huge!!! I didn't expect it to be so big, I guess the size is probably it's downfall though as service was poor - right from when I parked up at the overflow, from there it was a series of "well, what am I supposed to do now" or "well, where do I go now?!", the service wasn't... More

I paid for an upgrade to a Signature room, well worth it. Excellent standard of hotel , probably the best I've been to. It's called a "resort" and i can see why, loads to do for everyone. Disappointed with our choice of restaurant (Newbridge on Usk)

Paid £500 for 4days golf room and breakfast. Originally 16 of us were booked in the Manor House only to arrive after a 3.5 hour drive on Thursday lunchtime to be told we have been moved to the main hotel. Another phone call just before teeing off to say that they had overbooked and there wasn't a vacancy for any... More

We had a brilliant experience at Celtic Manor as a group of 6 golf enthusiasts. Accomodation: 6 of us staying 2 nights in one of the lovely Hunter Lodges overlooking the 16th hole of the famous Twenty Ten golf course. The lodge was modern and spaceous, with a good sized kitchen, large rooms and comfortable beds. The lodge had a... More

I spent one night here at a conference. Was incredibly lucky in getting a Signature room on the 6th floor. Free wine and chocolates in room, turndown service and free Elemis lip balm, access to the exclusive restaurant for breakfast (great smoothie!). Didn't get to visit the lounge or Steak on Six (next time!) Had time for a couple of... More
