Stayed here for the night this week whilst in Cardiff on business. Great location, perfect room and wonderfully engaging and polite staff. In these times of unrest quality human behaviour is key. Enjoyed nipping out the back to walk through the park for my day of work! Thank you

We stayed in this hotel in 2015 and returned again this year. It is in a great location just a 10 minute walk from the heart of the city. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good. There is a nice bar for a quiet night cap at the end of the day....

Easy walk for 60+ couple to stadium, castle, city center, train, National Express bus, gardens, museums. We also walked to the waterfront. Room was very pleasant with trees out the window. Anne in reception was especially helpful and all the other staff were great. We would definitely stay here again.

I spent one night here. On arrival I had a warm welcome and was even shown to my room. Unusual these days. My room was comfortable and cosy. Evening meal and breakfast both delicious. Great coffee - so often hotel coffee is horrible. This was delicious.

Had a really nice meal at No 10. Sat in the recently refurbished lounge area as the restaurant was empty. The food was superb and very reasonable - we chose the set menu at £15/£18 two/three courses. The staff are very friendly, and we had a most enjoyable evening.

Made our booking through agoda.com. Received an upgrade from a "compact room" to a "suite" on arrival and check in at the hotel. Paid extra for breakfast which was satisfactory. Had microwave and mini fridge in the room. Lounge area and bedroom were spacious but bathroom was compact with very deep bath and over head shower which was showing signs...

The hotel ownership changed last year when we were planning from Guernsey a family luncheon for about 30 people on Easter Sunday. The new management could not have been more helpful and the staff were friendly and efficient. The food for the event was plentiful and excellent.

Arriving at Jolyon's at No 10 in Cardiff on a gloriously sunny afternoon, I pulled into their private car park which I was advised on booking (free) by a very personable and friendly Milena. I was met by the helpful receptionist who joined me at a table in reception to check me in with a welcome cup of tea....what a...
