We booked 3 twin rooms here as a group to go to a concert at the motor point arena. The location is fantastic central to all shopping areas, train station, restaurant & entertainment venues. The hotel is large with a nice bar area, the staff are always so helpful & welcoming. We arrived well before our check in time &...

Short trip to see olly murs, location was just perfect, 5 mins from the venue and right in the middle of central cardiff. Huge room, with nice chaise longue in the window. Check was easy and quick. Would definitely recommend it

Very well placed hotel close to shopping centres and motorpoint arena.but we found the rooms far too warm even with air-conditioning turned down to lowest setting and the duvet was over rated also .a lot of light pollution came into the room from under the door also

I've stayed in a lot of Premier Inn's most excellent, but this is very average in an old office block. The rooms are spacious but some of the open corridor's soulless. I was also accused of not paying, along with my colleague for not paying for breakfast, this was very embarrassing in front of other guests at breakfast. Having returned...

This hotel is central to everything from shows to shopping. We saw Russell Howard on this visit, venue situated across the road. The castle is walking distance. Great for a base to explore, Dr Who experience was a favorite.

Check in was easy. The lady who dealt with me was pleasant with a good sense of humour. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. I had no problems with noise (5th floor). There was only a short wait for a lift. The bar staff were polite and the bar had a comfortable atmosphere.

Sometimes when you only have a snap shot of a hotel it may be a skewed idea of the venue. However we have had the chance of visiting Premier Inn City Centre twice within a month and the second visit did not raise our view that had be gained on the first. On both occasions the meals served in Thyme...

Hotel is situated in the centre of the city and is ideal for a rugby weekend. A typical Premier Inn serving a great breakfast.. Close to all amenities and good restaurants. We were allocated a family room which was comfortable and spacious. We will stay here again particularly if it achieves, as it did on this occasion, a Welsh win!

We stayed here on business in mid March 2017 and I can confirm that their promise of a good bed was honoured. If you need a clean room with no frills this hotel is perfectly located in Cardiff City centre. Tip - Ther is a very good restaurant across the road call the Chapel and worth booking in advance.
