After such a long drive for a friends wedding at the castle, Lorraine on reception was very welcoming and could not do enough for us even providing an ironing board for shirts for next day! Great service lovely place / comfortable and clean Well done!

Made the mistake of sleeping on the ground floor while doing overnight work. Staff friendly and helpful; location about right. Not much more to say apart from it was the usual Travelodge experience of borderline acceptable facilities, etc.

Comfortable beds. Everything clean. Staff lovely. Only downfall breakfasts. for two nights we might have paid £20.50 for a breakfast box. Upon booking lady said you don't want the breakfast box do you! There was a pub next door. But didn't do breakfasts.

Well presented and clean room at a bargain choice. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Compares well with more expensive hotels. Have been in some Travelodges which seemed a little weary but this one has a good appearance and is a well kept facility.

All the rooms doesn’t have black out curtains but the curtains are hanging are quite thick and light does not pass through them in the morning. Room turns dark even in daylight when you draw the curtains. Hope that helps.
