Just needed one night to use as a base for exploring the Beacons. Jon and Carole made us feel extremely welcome during our stay in their lovely B&B. Very reasonably priced with fantastic facilities. Jon was on hand for excellent walking advice and information about the local area. Will be back again soon!

Park nearby and walk everywhere in this small town. Owners know all the local walking and hiking trails and will lend you detailed maps if you need them. Very comfortable stay and visit to Park. Jon & Carole, the rhubarb drink was wonderful.

I stayed here on the last leg of my solo cycle trip of Wales back in 2011 so the review is a bit late but this is my first review from that trip so I am making a special effort :) I can't remember the details but the room I stayed in was awesome, met all my needs. The breakfast... More

Excellent stay again, room faultless breakfast spot on and hosts brilliant. Location perfect. Our fourth visit so i guess that says it all. Plenty of places to have a drink and eat. Relaxing place to stay and made to feel welcome. Jon provides great coffee and tea for breakfast. Carol cooks a excellent breakfast.

We stayed here for one night in May on the back of the good reviews on this site. We think this B&B is very good value for money relative to our other stays around Wales. It has a central location with overnight parking outside. Although on a main road the room at the front is very quiet due to secondary... More

Jon and Carole are the perfect hosts! The food is fabulous and the accommodation is so comfortable too. Freshly prepared home-cooked organic food available to residents; the bedrooms are cosy and have everything you would need. Log burning stove in the evenings make the lounge a wonderful place to play Jenga after a long days walk! There are books and... More

Could not have been better - fulfilled all our expectations according to previous reviews. Jon was a super host and gave fantastic hiking/driving and dinner recommendations. 100% recommend if you are in the area. Home cooked breakfast was excellent!

Had to stay over in Brecon, found the Bridge Cafe and saw the ratings. The location is excellent with parking across the road - although i suspect that this might be less plentiful in the summer and would not be suitable for all day parking. The room was large, spotless, beautifully decorated, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, fuss free... More
