I go to a lot of hotels and BnB for business purposes and this has to be in the top three I've ever been to. Having to work out in the open, in what I later found out to be one of the coldest places in the UK at the time (-7) I was offered a flask before I left...

Dear Alastair, Both john and I were thrilled with your wonderful review of our guest house. We were very happy to hear that the flask of hot coffee was literally a lifesaver - even indoors it was bitterly cold that day - so you were very welcome! Thank you for dropping it back off on your way home, it was...

We really enjoyed our stay at ty helyg. The owners were lovely and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the food was perfect. We would definitely stay there again if in the area. We had the 4 poster bed room which was amazing, with a dressing room and hallway to bathroom, worth the extra money.

Stayed here for two nights for the weekend while visiting the area for a friends birthday. Christine and John were excellent hosts, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. Clean, tidy rooms with a good supply of tea, coffee and choc chip cookies. Breakfast was scrumptious with some excellent sausages from the local butchers. We liked the...
