Visited today with friends for an afternoon tea. At £9 each it was excellent value for money. It included finger sandwiches of ham and wholegrain mustard, houmous and tomato, cheese and pickle and fresh salmon and cucumber. There were scones with jam and cream, bara brith, raspberry cheesecake and panacotta. Delicious and all washed down with a choice of coffee... More

Came to Wrexham for a family party at the Lemon Tree and stayed there as well. Lovely food at the party and fab breakfast with lots of choice - the building is amazing and our room was beautiful - couldn't fault anything, well worth a visit!!

A friendly place to stay. Room quite small with a not very modern tv, car park small. But what a delicious breakfast, at last somewhere they know how to do a poached egg. Very handy for visiting local places of interest, like the viaduct. definitely recomend.

I went to the lemon tree after going on a wine tasting event at majestic wine. We walked to the lemon tree and has a very good meal. A good selection of beers also. The menu isn't extensive but adequate. Not cheep, if you want cheep go to a pub. Well-done.

Room was clean and tidy, comfortable bed, quality linen, small but usable shower room. Evening meal starter was lovely. My steak was tough and rather cold but I did not complain as my companions food was fine. Wines were good value. Service was very... More

The restaurant was pleasant as were the staff. Afternoon tea was excellent and easily filled us up until the evening meal which didn't disappoint either. The rooms were fresh, clean and tidy. Although on the small side the room easily managed to include a queen/king size bed (I don't know which only that it was larger than our own bed).... More

We enjoyed a two night stay at Lemon Tree. It was a business trip and 3 of us had a room each. All rooms were clean and comfortable. The evening meals were very tasty and a good "2 course for 2 people with wine" offer. Thanks for getting in vegetarian sausages and plain yogurt for us on the second breakfast... More
