We stayed for a 2 night break and had a great time. We stayed in the room with a spacious balcony with an amazing view of the River Conwy and surrounding grounds and landscape. The hotel is in a great, tranquil location within walking distance of beautiful Betws-y- Coed village. There was ample storage space in the room which was...

After being let down at the last minute by another hotel we managed to get a room at THE RIVERSIDE HOTEL. Lovely friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us and nothing was to much trouble. Very clean modern bedroom, warm and extremely comfortable with a fantastic view of the river. My first stop was the bathroom. I wasn't disappointed.........

This hotel surpassed my expectations. It's probably my favourite setting with the river right next to you and the trees all around. Lovely grounds to walk around. Parking was fine. It's a few minutes away from a little village with lots of shops and places to eat and there's a petrol station round the corner. When I put in the...

We had a brilliant weekend and couldn't rate the hotel and the staff highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were more than happy to answer any questions and help in any way possible. Gorgeous location and riverside views. Will definitely stay again!

My husband and I visited this hotel for 1 night in March 2016 and we loved the hotel so much, we ended up staying another night. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The food is delicious and even though we felt like there could have been more on the menu, neither of us had any complaints about the dinner...

Me and my partner stayed here for one night December 2016. The hotel was beautiful on the outside and on the inside. The room was very spacious with a huge bed and a huge bathroom. We requested a river view and it was breath-taking. The hotel also provided free wifi up to three devices. I wouldn't say the room was...

The hotel's in a great, quiet location on the edge of Betws-y-Coed and only a five minute walk to town. The room was large, bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The bathroom had seen better days, but was fine. The staff were very friendly. But, the food. Specifically the breakfast. It was rather dreadful. I...

The hotel's location is fantastic and the building itself is really pretty. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean, spacious and had a balcony. However, we felt that our room was not worth the money we paid - this is definitely not a boutique hotel. The decor is tired and dated and although we didn't eat in...

Beautiful riverside hotel in betws. The restaurant commands some beautiful views. Nice seating with a deck outside to make the most of the weather. Buffet lunch was nice but would rather have tried the all day tapas. Next time.

Our recent two night break here could not have been made any better. There was a warm welcome on arrival and the room was fabulous with a large balcony overlooking the river. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The food was excellent and there was nothing more relaxing than sitting in the lounge with the log fire crackling away....
