Had a wonderful meal at the pub - lamb shank! The staff were super friendly and welcoming and the 80's and 90's background music made it even better! Will come back for another lovely meal when in yhe area.

It's always hit or miss eating out in North Wales out of season. When the tourists stop around the end of October most places suffer from a big drop in quality until the following April when they start moving around again. Given the 2-4-£10 meals board outside I wasn't really expecting much on the frosty afternoon we visited on. I...

So we bought a Groupon voucher...why not eh....good deal...but hey, after our experience would have paid full price! True, each persons visit is different but we have nothing but praise to offer. From first contact at reception, where I was greeted by my first name, to day of departure when all I had to do was hand in keys, yes...

We both recently called into The Swallow Falls Hotel to get something for lunch as we were in the area. As we sat down to read the menu, there was a young man at the bar looking at his mobile phone who DID NOT appear to be interested in us as customers. After a short period reading the menu and...

Thank you for your review. Mobile phones are part of our business. I am surprised that nothing on the menu interested you as we have an extensive and very popular menu with our customers

THank you for your lovely review and we are pleased you enjoyed yourselves whilst here. I am sorry about the Wi-Fi but we are too far from the exchange to get this in the rooms at present until we can get 4 g.

The secret is this hotel brings the most complete rest of any hotel today, for the simple reason there is no Wifi or phone signal to interrupt your rest. Nature has blocked the signal to give us all a rest in this stunning national park. Stay here and I guarantee you will unwind faster than anywhere on the grid.

Best meal in a long time!!! It is technically a pub but far surpassed expectations of 'pub grub'. Restaurant quality food in a great atmosphere at a good price. The food was fresh home cooking at its best, everything was freshly made, none of this packet/microwave stuff you find in most pubs. Full of flavour and cooked perfectly, generous portions...

Like most people, I read the reviews of Swallow Falls Hotel and I thought that it seemed like a good place, so I went ahead with the 2 night Groupon short break. I thought I would be receiving a reasonable priced deal. I tried to book a weekend break with the hotel for a weekend in February/March. On my initial...

This inexpensive hotel is set in grounds with a Youth hostel and pub as well as camping area. The room was like a cabin with a large double bed and 2 singles and an ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was included and the staff were perfect helpful but not over zealous. The pub provided a good selection of good value meals ....
