We have visited previously and had a good meal and afternoon tea, so called again for lunch. As always we were given a warm welcome by our waitress and shown to a window seat. The refurbished dining area looks great. We chose meals off the set menu where you can choose 2 or 3 courses. The 2 course costs £12.50...

We ate in the restaurent when the Grill Bar was full and had a lovely meal. It was probably about the same cost for 3 courses as a meal in the Grill Bar so good value for money. The meal was all fresh produce prepared to order. Starters and main courses were lovely and the pudding was too. The only...

Our third stay at this hotel - this time for 3 nights. Hard to beat with everything under one roof - two restaurants, bar, accommodation and plenty of free parking - all in the centre of BYC. The rooms and en suites are right up to date and very well appointed - we had a basic room in the hotel,...

We stopped here for food after a long treck up snowdon and we wasn't disappointed! We had a 20min wait for our table as they were quite busy with it being a Saturday night, however the food took no time at all to come served by friendly staff. The food portions were massive and presented very well. I would recommend...

We had a lovely room which was clean , well equipped and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. We ate in the grill and it was a bit cramped ( it was very busy) . The food was ok , but nothing out of the ordinary. The breakfasts were good if you wanted full English , but not much choice...

We usually stay here once a year around Easter when the spring is getting going so the fields are full of gorgeous tiny lambs (my main reason for going!!). The food here is very good and there are three restaurants to choose from, varying in price and menu. The staff are all good and friendly. The rooms are warm and...

We called in without booking early on a Saturday knowing it would get busy later. I had a burger and my husband had a steak, they were two of the nicest meals we have ever had and that’s not an exaggeration. The staff were attentive and friendly, the beer local and tasty and the meat from local farms. A great...

We stopped here for an overnight stay, but couldn't book in until 3pm, so we had to wait around. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Our room was very basic but cosy. We had a meal in the grill, which was a tad expensive. We only had a main meal, no starter, dessert or drinks and the bill was £53...
