We stayed in a lodge so had access to a king size bed with a pull out sofa, which my daughter used instead of her travel cot. The back doors opened up into our own little area of decking with two chairs and a table. When you arrive there is a book on the table which gives information about the...

Great location at the bottom end of street that runs through Betws-y-Coed towards the train station. Stayed in a lodge around the back of the main hotel. Room had everything you could need. Very comfortable, great views, friendly staff and a good breakfast. Plenty of parking. Our lodge backed onto a wooded area with patio doors opening onto a decking...

Stayed for one night in May with two biker friends. This is a lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. After check in, and parking the bikes RIGHT outside the motel style rooms, we had a beer on the patio then visited the small but beautifully formed spa for a swim, steam, jacuzzi and sauna. A quick change followed by a...

Stayed her for three nights with a group of friends on motorcycles. We liked the hotel, the town, and the surrounding area very much. Over 4 days from the south coast and back again, we had about one hour of rain in total during the day. Recommended, and will definitely go back.

What a super hotel! .. very comfortable rooms, clean and warm. Set in a beautiful area. The food menu choice was excellent and very reasonably priced. We ate in the hotel on both evenings and enjoyed a beautifully cooked meal both times. Again... excellent choice at breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and were accommodating with requests made, very helpful...

Very enjoyable stay. Staff very friendly and helpful - dining room staff particularly so. Our room - de-luxe double - is apparently due for a refurb, (so only 4 stars) but it was comfortable and clean with lovely toiletries in the bathroom which was perhaps a bit small. Patio outside our room would be lovely in warmer weather, but we...

Stayed in one of the lodges, was well equipped and spacious as well as being clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and attentive, we had drinks and food in the bar area, both were lovely and not overpriced. This hotel could be a 4*, the pool area was lovely, clean and warm. Ideal location. We will return 😀

Betws-y-coed is one of our favourite places to stay, it is absolutely beautiful. Had a great stay at Waterloo Lodge Hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the lodges are spacious and the food excellent, particularly the Breakfasts. It is a great 'base camp' for walkers and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here for two nights in a Luxury Lodge. The hotel, and our lodge were very clean and tidy. We had everything we required in the lodge. The location of the Hotel in Betws-y-Coed is very good. The food was also very good with ample portions, especially at breakfast which was self service, all cooked to perfection. Well recommended.
