From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. Lynn was amazingly friendly, it felt like we had met her before. The rooms were nicely done and made good use of space, clean and tidy. There is a lounge area so as we were 2 couples/ 4 friends it was a nice area to meet up. Breakfast was great too and... More

Visited for our anniversary and were made to feel so welcome. Dave and Lynn the owners could not be anymore helpful, accommodating and throughly nice people. Room was lovely, breakfast was to die for and the guest house was spotlessly clean. Excellent location to and the view from room was beautiful. Loved our stay there and would definitely go back.... Had such a wonderful time... Stayed as 2 couples in rooms 3 and 5. Both lovely, quiet and well equipped. Our hosts were amazing and breakfast was fabulous. Very convenient for walking into town and easy parking on the forecourt. Thank you- we will be back! 😄👍🏻

We were four and had rooms three and five. They both were small but very clean and big enough for the six night stay we had. Our room (5) had an excellent shower but the electric towel rail was not set hot enough to dry the towels. The cooked breakfast was special and made to your request the previous day.... More

We stayed for two nights and found the welcome, room, cleanliness and breakfast really good. If you can book room two you have a balcony looking out over the front which is really nice. Car parking is good too.

As soon as we arrived on the sunday we were made to feel welcome at Mary's court guest house by David and Lynn. Our room was clean and cosy, with good views of the forrest around Betwsy-y-Coed. Our breakfast was excellent each morning with the options of a cook breakfast, cereal or yoghurt or all if if you have the... More

We stayed for two days, location is perfect, within walking distance of shops, hotels and restaurants. Breakfast was first class. Comfortable bed, clean renovated room. Yes, I would definately recommend. Lyn & David were VERY hospitable and friendly, it seemed to come naturally 👍

This is the second time we have stayed here. The first visit a couple of years ago we stayed in the "compact" room and yes, it was tiny. Very tiny! Be warned there isn't much space in that room apart from the bed. However it's good quality, very well looked after and the owners give you such a good welcome... More

Stayed at Mary's court in early May for my husbands birthday weekend with friends. David and Lynn were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. They even left a card and box of chocolates on the bed for my husbands birthday. The views were amazing and there is plenty of parking available. We booked 2 rooms and both were... More

Stayed for a long weekend. Although let as a single room, I had a comfortable double bed in a spotlessly clean en-suite room. The breakfast was very tasty with sausages and bacon from a local butcher. Don't know what was in the porridge but that and the poached eggs saw me through a day of mountain climbing! Lynne and David... More
