We were rudely and cold heartedly refused by Simon (the owner) to check-in to our 3 rooms at the Fairhaven B&B because we were "past the checkin closing time of 8pm". We were late due to a late running ferry from Dublin and we contacted the B&B at the earliest possible moment to advise them of our situation. I had...

Stayed here for 3 nights, chose the Fairhaven as it was in a central location to be able to do white water rafting in Bala, surfing at the Wavegarden in Dolarrog and half day horse trek at the Snowdonia riding school. Room was lovely, breakfast was cooked to order (chosen the night before). Owners very friendly and I would certainly...

We stayed last week, having booked at short notice. The rooms were clean and welcoming and everything had been thought of to make the stay fantastic. The breakfast choice was amazing and perfectly cooked and the owners were friendly without being intrusive. The added bonus of the view made our stay perfect.

This bed and breakfast was perfect for us. We had 2 rooms, a twin room and a double room. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Owners were lovely. Breakfast was wonderful. One recommendation would be for the beds to have a top sheet. The duvet was a bit warm. But others than that, it was a...

Absolutely lovely weekend away and this guest house is beautiful. The rooms have been refurbished and are bright and cosy. The bed was incredibly comfortable! We were in room 12 on the front of the guest house and there was no problem at all with noise. There is the odd passing car but it really isn't enough to ever bother...

We booked this at short notice. We found some free roadside parking so that was not a problem. We were welcomed by the owner who was very friendly and showed us to our room. The room had a super king bed which was v comfy. The room was spotlessly clean. Although other reviews have mentioned road noise we had a...

Very nicely done out B&B, tastefully decorated rooms & a good hearty breakfast. The room we stayed in did face a main road, however we weren't disturbed by any noise. If anything it was nice to hear the sheep bleating & river running in the field opposite! Friendly owners. Front steps lead out on to road, but there is free...

It was a last min booking so didn't get time to read all the info. Had to park in the car park in middle of Betws-y-Coed overnight as no parking on site. Also we got a room at the front of the house and even with the window closed there was a lot of road noise. The owners were, on...

Stayed at the B&B for one night, whilst we visited North Wales for my girlfriends birthday. When we arrived we were greeted by the female owner who welcomed us and gave us the room key. I had paid extra for the larger room which was right on the top floor. The room was lovely and had a massive kingsize bed....
