We were walking the Offa's Dyke Path. John was very welcoming, tea on arrival etc it was just like staying with friends, so helpful and considerate, he even ironed a shirt for me! Really comfotable rooms with interesting books, pictures, easy walking distance to town.

We had a lovely room which had a comfortable bed, and was quite yet it was so close to town and everything else in Llangollen. John and Heather are great hosts and we would highly recommend it. The breakfast time was to suit us and the range was good. The big newish bathroom was a bonus, and the drinks in... More

This is a very nice B&B and is quite close to the town bridge, railroad station and the shops. John charges 5 pounds to transport back to Dinas Bran which is reasonable. The room was clean and faced their nice garden. The back yard has a motion sensor light that kept coming on at various times during the night which... More

Husband and I stayed for 2 nights. Room was clean and comfortable and the B&B was in a ideal location. Within walking distance to all the village shops and to the canal for narrow boat rides and canal walks. Breakfast was great and I really liked the idea of having a mini bar outside the rooms for drinks and snacks... More

John especially helpful with arrangements and information. Had arranged return lift up to Dinas Bran for Day 4. Thank you again Would like to mention Community Cafe and Shop in Llandegla - a great place to... More

Stayed at Glasgwm for 2 nights with my husband and my brother and his partner. The hostess Heather is a lovely, kind, helpful lady who can't do enough to make your stay as pleasant as possible! Beautiful Edwardian house and the King-size room we stayed in was lovely, large and airy! The bed is really comfortable and the ensuite bathroom... More

Stayed here on the Offas Dyke walk. Lovely B&B. John and Heather very welcoming and helpful. Offered a cup of tea on arrival. Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Also proprietors may be able to transfer you back to walk, although we had a pre arranged taxi.

Second time I've been here. First time was 4 years ago. Stayed 2 nights with my boyfriend for our first anniversary and everything was just fantastic. The King size room is amazing. Bathroom is really lovely. John and Heather are amazing hosts, we couldn't have asked for more. Even Blanquitta (sp?) The kitty is super friendly.

I was looking for somewhat comfortable, friendly and convenient to stay for an event in the Eisteddfod Pavilion in this delightful town, and I was so lucky in my choice. I had a wonderful room with a delightful view. Everything was so comfortable and convenient and the friendliness of John and Heather could not be surpassed. Flowers in the room... More

We stayed here for the weekend with our 14 month old daughter. Great on arrival. Helped with bags and made a pot of tea for us. Nice big room and separate lounge area for evenings when our little one was in bed. Great breakfast. Great location for walks and visiting the steam railway. John the host was very friendly and...
