We ate here while staying in Conwy. We had one of the best dinners of our two weeks in the UK here. I had the braised lamb and my wife had the Indian dish. Both were very flavorful and in good portions.

staff were very helpful, car park at back and in front of hotel, seating out side, toilet's upstairs, not sure if any on the ground floor, for a lunch time menu plenty to choose . were not rushed , the food was good and taste. there is a lot of competition in Conwy for eating establishment

We visited a on the hottest day if the year (so far) after cycling from Prestatyn. As soon as we arrived the staff were friendly and took us to a clean and cool room. Dinner was delightful and enjoyable with quick and efficient service. The breakfast was extremely good and probably one of the best I have ever had. Overall... More

We had a wonderful time in Conway. The staff in all areas of the hotel cannot do enough for you. Special thanks to Ian the assistant general manager. A true professional. We had room 117 with a lovely castle view. The food was amazing. As good as some Michelin star restaurant. Free parking a big bonus

Excellent location and service from all the staff in particular the night porter. Breakfast first class and plentiful. Stayed in a premium twin which was well equipped and comfortable. Wifi didn't quite reach the room on the first floor but was good in and around the bar and dining rooms.

We have been coming to North Wales many years, and decided to try the Castie hotel for holiday lunch time treat in the " courtyard" on sunny day. The hotel itself is on steep hill, but in good High Street location in Conwy it is very old building and entrance area is quite dark and oppressive with black ceiling and... More

The hotel has its own history in an area that is rich with it. We booked the Premium Double Plus, Advanced Purchase Bed & Breakfast and were given a lovely room with a bay window overlooking High Street. Early concerns about noise from the street and the hotel's public pub were unfounded. The town gets quiet at a reasonable hour... More

The Castle Hotel could not have a better location, right in the middle of High street with views of Conwy Castle and just a short walk to the city walls or down to the Conwy river. My husband and I loved the old world charm of the hotel with modern amenities. Our room was on the second floor with a... More

Loved our stay at the Castle Hotel in Conwy. A great setting with really easy access to the Castle and the town. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean. We were celebrating for my husbands birthday and got two free glasses of champagne from the bar which was a lovely touch. The hotel is... More

Really pleased you enjoyed the food - has always been one of our strenghts - and our seasonally changing menu a great favourite with locals and visitors alike. Having spent £120,000 downstairs at the... More
