Stayed at this place for one night. Despite the company paying for it in advance they wanted me to pay them. The place is shoddy and needs a refurb. The bathroom floor was wet and I used the bath mat to wipe the floor and it was covered in black muck. I complained to the reception and they just gave... More

Basic hotel with a price that reflected this. Good location. Good bed, and blackout curtains ensured good night's sleep. Just a place to sleep in, not to lounge and spend an evening in. Room décor very cold and unwelcoming. Amenities very cheap looking. Although they don't do cooked breakfast you can get one at nearby Little Chef or Tesco café.

I stayed here because everywhere else was fully booked and it was quite close to where I needed to work. I checked in quite late, I was hungry but the shops were closed and there was nothing nearby. The room was small and very cheap looking, the bathroom looked like something from a caravan, plastic floor sink toilet and shower!... More

We stayed at this Travelodge for three nights recently - August 2016. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and the rooms had all been recently renovated. We had booked a family room and the extra beds had been made and extra towels provided to accommodate our family of four.

Stayed here for one night. Room was very cheap. Location was handy too. Have stayed here before but next time might try elsewhere as its exactly the same year after year. Could do with some TLC Our kids complained the camp beds were too hard to sleep on, and to be fair, they're as hard as stone. They also picked... More

Clean hotel. Comfy beds. Reception area well kept. Friendly staff on desk. Checked in by a young man late at night, bit to happy for the time of day but can't really complain. Car park could do with some attention as very bumpy to drive round. Good place to stay if you don't mind a limited choice of services and... More

This was my first time staying at Bangor Travelodge- stayed there the night before I got the ferry over to Ireland. Was greeted on desk by Catrin and the manager Cass. Both were very friendly, great knowledge of places to get dinner in the area, took time to have a good chat. Room was very nice, clean, comfortable, lovely warm... More

Good price, clean and very friendly receptionists - just don't expect the ritz! Looking back, we should have booked somewhere city centre so we could walk somewhere for tea, but that's a reflection on my booking skills rather than the hotel - no complaints at all!

Beds so uncomfortable. Camp beds you could feel every spring! Poor shower with Luke warm water. It is in need of renevating. The only good thing is the rooms are clean & the reception staff are very helpful. The little chef we did not use as the toilets & surrounding areas looked filthy!
