Overpriced badly designed pokey room, pump for the shower was deafening, lift out of order (we were warned on booking to be fair) and a hot, airless room in which to eat your breakfast (buffet style). I don't know how they make the coffee they serve but it didn't resemble anything like coffee I have ever had before! Foul smelling... More

Excellent hotel. Rooms large and well appointed. First room where there was enough storage space lots of plug points and mirrors. I had asked for a sea view room and was given one. It was fantastic sleeping with the sound of the waves and the seagulls. Bathroom also big. All in all a great room.

We booked to stay at The Four Seasons but were bounced onto The Queensbridge as they had a leak. Maybe they did. I've stayed at this hotel once before. I had arranged for flowers to be put in a bay windowed sea front room as a surprise for my wife. On check-in the receptionist told my wife the surprise flowers... More

Booked here at the last minute, its right opposite the sea, my room had a magnificent view, the bed was comfortable, well the double bed in the room was but glad I never had to sleep on the single bed in there, springs sticking up all over, the breakfast was nice and hot buffet style and plenty of it the... Stayed in this hotel with a couple of friends for the weekend, it is in a splendid location right on the seafront. Upon arrival we received a warm welcome and our room was ready. The room was very clean and hot water was available all the time. The breakfast provided was in buffet form, including all you could want from... More

This hotel is right on the seafront at the North end of the beach. It is quiet down here which meant sleeping was easy. Upon arrival our room was changed to save my husband from walking up stairs as he is disabled. I had partly booked this hotel as it advertised having an elevator. The room we had was huge... More

No good, needs lots of rework to clean up, we could not even receive a phone call in our room even tho there was a phone in the room, we had to go down stairs and take the call. The Elevator was not working, so my 74 year old husband had to carry a 55 lb suit case up the... More

This hotel was booked on my behalf for a business trip (three nights). I read some reviews and did become a little wary. I shouldn't have worried. When I arrived I was checked in by a lovely and chatty lady. I was given directions to my room, and regardless of booking a single room, I had a king size bed... More

Basic dated furniture but clean. It would benefit from sanding and varnishing. Some tiles on the bathroom floor also need replacing. Lovely and warm with plenty of hot water, there were also extra heaters in the cupboard in case it was too cold. Plenty of tea coffee hot chocolate and biscuits. Lovely big room with a sea view and two... More

I booked this hotel Saturday 13th of February to Sunday the 14th of February through LateRooms.com. I paid extra for a Seaview and take a look at my pics to see what I got. LateRooms.com were marvellous they tried in vain on my behalf to make the manager see how unfair the booking was. We've heard nothing from the manager... More
