Friendly staff at reception and the room was clean and comfy beds. Nice clean shower room although water pressure a bit feeble. Parking available on road, but don't expect it to be readily available during the day time as its nabbed by shoppers. Brekkie OK although nothing special. Bar/lounge closed when we got back at night and turned into a... More

My partner and I had been at show in Telford and decided at the last minute on way home we would try and find accommodation in Aberystwyth. We went to this hotel first and was told all rooms taken we then proceeded to walk the promenade to hopefully find accommodation. We were not successful in a few but we were... More

We stayed for two nights, room number 17, right at the top, it's a good room with a great sea view, however the lift wasn't working, and it was an exhausting trek up the 53 stairs (my husband counted them!) - the lady on reception is very nice and the breakfasts are very good, so all in all enjoyed our... Stayed for 3 nights. Money was taken out of card before we arrived; yet told by Booking.com we would pay on arrival. Told the bar was now the laundry room. Room was excellent great view of the sea once we had climbed all the stairs to get there, Breakfast was great, staff similar. They apologised for the lack of parking... More

Very friendly receptionist but everything else left a lot to be desired. No lift working. Very steep stairs to windowless breakfast room. Dreadful breakfast. Don't know what they did with the tea and coffee but it was undrinkable. Won't be going back.

Booked this hotel at the last minute for one night only The room was adequate however as the lift was out of order the treck to the room was a struggle The linen as well as the towels were clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very small and the shower was not very strong however overall the... More

Arrived at 330pm to check in and was just handed keys and told that my card was already charged when I wasn't actually paying. Card details given to hold the room only. No time spent with us. Later others trying to check in were just left their keys on the side with a tatty note. Rooms were very outdated and... More

As my title states I did use it just as a room for a night. Booked to stay with my friend and only used it to get ready and sleep as being big tourists, we spent most of the time travelling. The room itself was fine, there was no sea view but we didn't state our preference for one. Beds... More

Overpriced badly designed pokey room, pump for the shower was deafening, lift out of order (we were warned on booking to be fair) and a hot, airless room in which to eat your breakfast (buffet style). I don't know how they make the coffee they serve but it didn't resemble anything like coffee I have ever had before! Foul smelling... More
