All about this hotel was very good. From the moment i met the Hoteliers to the moment i vacated my room the whole experience was great. Nothing was too much trouble, from the evening meals i had to the time i wanted the breakfast (earlier than advertised) the hosts were great. The rooms were "spot on" and i will call...

We held a 70th birthday party at this lovely hotel in Malvern. We live in Malvern and wanted to find a place which had enough rooms to accommodate our family. Steve and Julie were extremely hospitable and provided an afternoon tea, a superb three course dinner and bar. Tea and coffee was readily available. They have an amazing chef who...

This is a short drive outside Malvern and not far from the Counties ground. Our room was pretty big, with a comfortable bed and a bathroom with, unusually, just a bath rather than a shower. It looked onto the large, well-tended garden. Breakfast was wonderful, with the eggs, bacon and so on cooked fresh and brought to the table with...

In a nutshell, very clean throughout, lovely owners, feels like your stopping in a house and not a hotel chain. Shower over bath not very powerful, no draught drinks in bar, bottles only, nice breakfast, free wifi in the room, amazing views out the window. We visited Malvern centre for drinks, food and theatre, cost in a taxi £24.00 return,...

All the good points on the reviews here are correct. I don't think there are any bad points unless you're expecting a big branded modern hotel. This hotel is a private hotel with charm and character, perfect for visiting Malvern and surrounds and the hosts have thought of everything you may need but if you should need anything else you...

Room was very comfortable, we only spent one night as we were in Malvern for a concert. The breakfast was very good. The location was very nice and would like to return in the summer for walks in the surrounding countryside.

We recently got married at the Holdfast, and from the time we booked, up until the day after the wedding,it was absoloutely perfect !.The owners,Steven and Julie went well out of their way to ensure that our day was as special for us as it could be.The rooms, food and facilities were faultless. In fact, our only complaint was that it all went too...

We booked the Holdfast Cottage Hotel for our wedding on the 29th of August. The best aspects of the hotel is perhaps its beautiful and charming English country cottage garden look and its helpful, accommodating and friendly owners and staff. Some highlights of the hotel are as follows (not necessarily in order of relevance): 1. The owners - Throughout the...

We stayed for 2 nights in a double room. The room was clean and comfortable though a bit small. Bedding and towells were of a good quality. There was tea and coffee making facilities and one small packet of biscuits which we had to share between us (1 and a half biscuits each!!) The hotel was quite quaint and old...
