Our third stay at Cotford and once again we were spoiled and rested in the beautiful Malvern Hills setting. Back in the Waterfall Room which has views over the garden and hills. Hector, the gentle Airedale, is still overseeing arrivals and departures. Two dinners in the Amuse Bouche restaurant were, as always, excellent and exciting. Our table was decorated to... More

We decided at the last minute to stay over as we were attending the National Sundog Association Championship show at 3 Counties Showgrounds. What a find managing to reserve the last room at The Cotford, not only pet friendly, the dogs had a massive garden to play in, staff were warm and welcoming, to top it off we had dinner... More

We spent our 21st anniversary at the Cotford Hotel and dined in the restaurant for the evening. The staff were especially friendly and efficient. The room was good with an excellent mattress on the bed. The dinner was exceptional that night and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. There were a couple of thoughtful touches to commemorate our celebration which touched my... More

This hotel in the middle of Malverm was delightful very well appointed rooms spotlessly clean and quiet. The staff were very attentive and wanting to please. The food was very good but maybe on the top end for price. This would be a good venue for a special event night away and is very convenient for business people at the... More

Having stayed at The Cotford Hotel on many occasions we have always found the service excellent. The staff are always so friendly and attentive. This trip however I had the good fortune to see the Hotel and its staff at their very best. I have trouble finding superlatives to describe how excellent they are at carrying out a function such... After 30 years living in Malvern, my wife and I went here for the first time this evening. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the Cotford did not disappoint. Its local reputation for fine food and excellent service is well deserved. On arrival, we were welcomed, shown into the lounge, and provided with drinks, nibbles and menus. After we... More

Having lived in Malvern for many years we made our first visit to eat in L'Amuse Bouche. for a special anniversary. This was true fine dining, without the stuffiness often associated with the term. We were greeted at the front door by Hector, the resident Airedale, and one of the friendly staff, and immediately put at our ease. aperitfs in... More

Emailed the hotel, they replied promptly do saying they does have a room and table available for us. We were so lucky to squeeze in. Arrived the hotel and greeted by a lovely guy... More
