Very welcoming happy staff. Excellent food. Especially the desserts. Enjoyed our one night stay. We were upgraded to The Bishops room. Very large with 4 poster bed. Wished we lived nearer would go to the restaurant more often.

Our family spent the weekend here to celebrate a couple of significant birthdays. We have been several times before, including while the hotel was under a previous management. Chris and Barbara Morgan excel at providing an exceptional level of hospitality and service. Along with their staff they cater for every need with cheerfulness and willing. Rooms are comfortable and well... More

We stayed in this hotel in Great Malvern accumulatively for 5 nights in August and September, while we made arrangements for settling our child into a Boarding School in the Great Malvern area. We loved the location, the beautifully kept grounds which represent everyone's vision of what an English country garden should look like, and the hospitality from everyone there... More

Visiting Malvern to take in G & S at the theatre we needed a quality hotel with parking, close to town with a good restaurant and we made the right choice! The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the town centre, and is a pleasing Victorian edifice with nice gardens and an appropriately sized car park in which... More

We stayed for 2 nights at this lovely hotel in August. We arrived too late for dinner on the Friday night so walked into the town for a bite to eat, but were a little disappointed to find the bar of the hotel closed when we returned at 10.30pm. However, when speaking to the staff the next morning, we could... More

I stayed on my own for business, my room was very small which I was disappointed with, but it was spotless the bathroom was nice. The staff were lovely and friendly and the food was really good. The location was great for me and easy walking distance into Malvern. I parked on the road outside the hotel as the carpark... More

As usual we searched Trip Advisor when deciding to visit the Malvern Hills. When reading there reviews it really was obvious that this was the place to visit. So we booked and were offered an offer to include a 2 course evening meal so we took the offer. That proved to be the right choice as the meal each was a Dining experience.First... Stayed last weekend 3rd time in 3 months what a fabulous hotel with lovely staff and food and the owners are so nice and lovely dog Hector welcomes the guests. It's a great location for walking the hills. The breakfast was included in the very reasonable price and was superb with all you could want. I've stayed in 3 different... More

After a very long day we arrived at The Cotford to a wonderful welcome from Hector the dog and the owner, Barbara. We couldn't have asked for greater hospitality! We ate in the restaurant that evening which was stunningly good! All the food was beautifully presented and as a veggie I was well catered for with interesting and exceedingly tasty... More

As a fairly regular visitor to The Cotford, I am shocked when i see a bad review for this hotel. I am sure if ever there was a problem, Barbara and her team would sort it out immediately. This is one of the best places we have ever eaten and stayed at. The food is absolutely gorgeous, local produce and... More
