We spent one night here as a group of 6 using 3 bedrooms. We really did like staying here, it is comfortable with generally good facilities and an excellent breakfast. Car parking is immediately outside the front door and it is a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of the town including the theatre which we went to on the... More

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst in Great Malvern for the theatre. We stayed in the Brass Room (no.3). We received a warm welcome and introduction to the house. The room and bathroom were interestingly decorated with numerous knick-knacks. Large room that included a settee and chaise longue. Plenty of space for clothes in wardrobe and chest of drawers. TV... A couple weeks ago we stayed in this amazing house to enjoy the lovely Malvern, the Worcester area and the Cotswolds. The villa is so impressive and it has a lovely library with so many books. Unfortunately we only stayed one night so we didn't have the time to enjoy it and stay in to read a book. The room... More

This flat consisted of two rooms (a twin, and a double including a fold-away bed), adjacent to a big room with some chairs and a small tv, adjacent to a corridor which led to the kitchen, adjacent to a second corridor with a row of nursery-school-type small sinks, in front of them was the toilet and bathroom, at the flat's... To enter Grassendale House and be greeted by quietly organised and friendly Hilary and Rowley - to be suddenly surrounded by a parlour, staircase and library Queen Victoria herself would have felt comfortable in, is an experience I hadn't anticipated. A plethora of antiquity and memorabilia of universal origin and intriguing fascination. Comfortable beds and rooms - my grandmother's kind... More

Just back from a 1 night stay in this absolutely beautiful Victorian house just a 5 minute walk from the main little market town. Very Art Deco with tiled floors and an abundance of fine antiques and furniture. We stayed here with our friends so we're given 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor both large with huge beds, ours being... Beautiful house, heaps of character and interesting antiques and furniture. The room was spacious and clean, hostess friendly and helpful. Great price and in a great location, will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed here for one night recently to coincide with the Three Choirs festival. We were told there was only one double room left, and we would have to use the bathroom on the ground floor, but were given £5 off because of this. We didn't think that would be too much of a problem. However, it seems we were... More

Lovely breakfast and nothing too much trouble only concern would be rather cluttered with furniture but this guesthouse is the owners home as well as being a b/b Great central location Just one comment for anyone... Had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at this beautiful Victorian guest house. The house interior was quite magnificent, while my room was light, airy, spacious and very well furnished. What really made my stay special, though, was the hospitality of the hosts Roland and Hilary. They were extremely helpful and welcoming, as well as incredibly flexible. I had come... More
