We've just arrived home from 2 nights stay in Cowley House, Broadway. We don't usually stay in B & B's but what a lovely surprise, a great place, a very friendly welcome with a fabulous breakfast. Thank you :)

This was a very good B&B, with a great room, attentive service and a very good breakfast. The location was ideal for the town, which is very attractive. Also a good base for walking, with a steam railway not to far away to visit.

Thank you for your kind review. You must have stayed in Stretton. We do try and warn tall people about the beams in the 400 year old Granary. Hope you didn't bang your head! Best wishes for the coming Christmas. More

Cowley house is in a perfect quiet location in the village but close to all amenities. Kept very clean. The owners weren't available to welcome us, so we let ourselves in. However, we were surprised that the owners never introduced themselves, in fact there was no interaction by them with any of their guests during our week stay. The cooked... More

We very much enjoyed our 4 night stay at Cowley house. Our room was large with a king size bed, there was also a single bed if we needed it. The bed was so comfortable which is one of the first things we look for. The room has a large en suite with a wet room , ideal if you... More

This was our first B and B as we walked the Cotswold way. It was welcoming and clean with hot water a clean welcoming bath and good quality toiletries and tea etc in the room. It was located very well for the walk (One literally walks past its doors) and well for restaurants in the lovely Cotswold town of Broadway.... More

Our stay at Cowley house was booked through a travel agency that specializes in disability travel. I received pictures of the room and bathroom that we stayed in that was sent by the owner prior to our arrival. So I know that the owners were aware of my mobility issues and that I would be traveling with a wheelchair or... More

Our bedroom was beautiful and quiet, but quite hazardous if you are taller than about 5'4" due to the low beam between the bed-side and door-side of the room. The bathroom was clean and had a full tub with a handheld shower nozzle. Our hot breakfast was cooked with fresh, local ingredients. The price was reasonable for its tourist-town location.

We recently stayed at Cowley House for one night to break up our trip from Cornwall to Yorkshire. Broadway is a lovely place and Cowley House is ideally located to explore. The room was typical of the very charming fashioned accommodation in the area but at the same time very well maintained and clean. The breakfast was very nice and... More

Nothing particularly wrong with this property but it's beginning to get a little tired. The rooms are cramped. Breakfast was fine. But didn't see much of the owner. Sort of a blah experience, particularly by comparison to other places we stayed in our week in the Cotswolds

We sorry our guest did not enjoy their stay with us. We are not sure which room this guest stayed in, they did not make any comments to us on departing. We do have a small en-suite garden bedroom, but this is reflected in a lower price which we find does meet some guest budgets. On the date they stayed... More

Crowley House is a lovely B&B in Broadway and a good base for visiting the Cotswold area. It is very comfortable, Joan and Peter make you feel very welcome. The room we had, Walton, was large with its own shower/toilet across the corridor which did not cause us any concerns. Good parking available. Location is fantastic for Broadway being a... More
