The Adelaide is in a great location - 10 minutes from the town/castle one way & barely 5 from Windsor Great Park & it's Long Walk the other. For it's position the rooms are reasonably priced, although the double room that we had was tiny. The car parking facilities, although fairly pricy (£18 per day),were nevertheless a God send in an area... More

The good news is that it's the most cozy hotel we have ever been to and we keep going back. The bad news is some staff members are extremely awful at their job and at least rude. This time that we stayed in the hotel we were falsely accused for smoking into the room and threatened for 100GBP penalty, the... More

I had a single room on the ground floor, Room 1. It was clean, and had all the basics. Only problem; I was woken really early by doors opening and closing in the morning. I don't think the other guests were being particularly noisy but the noise just travelled. Overall, I think the hotel could do with a bit of... More

...yes definitely, if you like the ugly and dirty wall in front of your window. BEWARE: beside all the noise of the hotel (probably not the fault of the management, simply rude and uneducated guests), the big problem is that it lies exactly in the Heathrow departing corridor...so there is some quite moment between 12 and 4. They offer you... More

Unfortunately we chose this hotel to stay in whilst we visited Windsor this weekend. I would describe the hotel as very standard 2* with 5* costs. Our stay cost us £125 for one night and it's probably the worst night sleep I've ever had in a hotel. I've travelled extensively and stayed in some poor hotels but only paid £40... More

We stayed in a standard double room for 3 nights and although very clean it was too small. It would have been nice to have crisp white sheets and a nice quilt. The bedding was very basic. All the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The hotel decor was quite tired looking. However,... More

Worst nights sleep ever! Walls so thin you can hear everything in rooms either side. Staff were not willing to listen to our problems about sexual noises keeping us up all night from another room, they did nothing to rectify the situation. Instead we were accused of lying and the duty manager claimed we had not contacted reception during the... More

Having just spent last Saturday night at this hotel , it was a lovely surprise to find how friendly the staff were. The Superior room we booked was well furnished with a relaxing colour scheme. The room was very clean , a very comfortable bed and a nice large bath. Although the room we had was in the cottage across... More

Very nice hotel, clean and pleasant and friendly staff. Handy for all amenities and very short walk to the long walk to the castle. .definitely recommend this hotel. Breakfast is self service with cooked breakfast to order. Plenty to choose from.

It was a little too old and need some improvements. No lift to the upper floors and small rooms, even the biggest with a four poster bed that we had. It could have been cleaner but the bath room was very fine. The bed was good and the breakfast OK but not above average. The hotel is situated a 15... More
