After a full day in Windsor, Thames riviera was just a short drive away. The price is very good for location, and the size of our family room was excellent. We ate at the restaurant attached which had a good menu and caters for children too. Also a petrol station and co-op just across road.

Helpful staff. Nice location by the river. Good parking. Price reasonable. OK for a short business trip but probably wouldn't visit on a holiday or break, Bar food was good. Rooms don't have A/C so can be hot and stuffy in summer. (On the odd occasion that Britain is sunny). Beds more comfortable than I expected. Bathrooms are OK. No... More

Stayed for two night in this hotel and have mixed feelings, the room was poor considering I had upgraded to a superior room, it was not very clean but a bit dated. The room was overlooking the garden which was very noisy at times and the constant smell of cigarettes wafting up into the room. The staff were all very... More

Stayed here on 16/7/16 for one night for the gastro break (Afternoon tea, Dinner, Bed and Breakfast). Check in was very efficient with Jasmine, a credit to the business!! Parking is quite limited in the main car park but there is an overflow car park to the rear of the hotel. We had room 304 which was a large room... More

I took my two daughters 20 and 23 and my mum who is 83 for afternoon tea . We had to wait for 15 minutes to be seated and it just got worse . Service was very slow and people in the restaurant were complaining about the wait . The waitress we had seemed rushed off her feet and didn't... More

Booked on the day as I needed a cheap base near London. Room was definitely only a single but that's all I needed and had paid for. Bath as well as shower was a bonus. Safe and iron/board in room were a nice touch. Stayed room only so can't comment on breakfast. Dinner was fine but not spectacular and 20%... More

Stayed for a romantic break and booked an executive room with balcony overlooking the river. Sadly the balcony also overlooks the pub garden meaning screaming children running around ruining the atmosphere, we were basically stuck in our room until the noise subsided. Furthermore we were initially allocated a ground floor room, meaning garden visitors can run literally in front of... More

Stayed here 2 nights on business, geat little Hotel by the bridge at Maidenhead. I didn't sit by the river as there was no breeze so lots of insects. However the staff are friendly and welcoming. My room was in the lodge at the rear which was good as I didnt get noise from the bar!. Rooms are quite large,... More

Heard a few negatives on this hotel but thought I'd give it a go. I was pleasantly suprised. It's location is perfect. The weather was good so sat on the terrace have a few drinks in the evening. The room was small but adequate, great views over the river and lovely and clean. The staff were extremely welcoming and noting... More
