Lovely place to stay especially around Christmas time as there is a local Park & Ride Ideal for going into Salisbury Shopping centre, where the Christmas market is up and running also plenty of eating houses and coffee shops. A Bakers to die for.

A little bit out of the city centre but an excellent hotel. Good service. Clean rooms. Plenty of parking. Quiet. Nice breakfast. Convenient for getting to Old Sarum for a lovely walk into the city along the river.

We've rated the hotel average, simply in comparison with other Premier Inns. The price of the room was really good. Room was clean and spacious and bed comfortable. My wife has significant food allergies and the restaurant staff were really helpful within the bounds of what they had. Apparently food is generally packeted rather than fresh, but still good value...

Always friendly staff, always comfortable beds. Came to Salisbury for a wedding, the hotel fitted its purpose. I think £10 for a cooked buffet breakfast and £6.99 for continental is a bit pricey but that is just my opinion!

Room was dirty, Buddha had marks/stains. Room had an infestation of lady birds, hotel was full so not able to change rooms left wth 2 very upset children. The people staying in room above was noisy from 5.30am woke my children up!

Perfect easy check in, damp smelling room which was cold and we couldn't seem to keep warm for longer than 5 mins, temperature kept going down on the thermostat! Very bland dinner, cold breakfast that was apparently cooked to order only the eggs were hit but under cooked !

Hi Faith, Thanks for your review. It's a shame to hear that your stay was let down by the cold temperature of your room and the service received within the restaurant. At Premier Inn we strive to provide a high standard of service and I apologise that we failed to achieve this. Please be assured your comments have been forwarded...

Staff were brilliant and rooms were clean, didn't find the bed that comfy and pillows were very soft I usually prefer firm pillows, slept ok on Friday night but I was woken up by noisy guests staying in the room upstairs at 3:30 am on Sunday morning then again at 7am banging and talking. Made my trip back to doncaster...

A great weekend with the family seeing the Longleat lights. Also visited the Aviation Museum, excellent day playing with the planes. Rooms were nice. Table table next door was a disappointment because of the service by one person

cant fault this premier inn, and the food was lovely. We stayed in the new block, so were very lucky it only opened in August. Rooms here were great as they were brand new, cant comment on the other rooms in the older block but sure they were just fine too.

Lovely hotel, friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms and very attractive interior. The restaurant on the other hand was not as good. The food and value for money fine. But staff unprofessional, rude and aggressive.
