We went to visit Salisbury with friends and stayed with Gary and Edith. They are fantastic hosts, looking after all our needs. As we had never been to the area before Gary was more than able, and willing to pass on his encyclopedia of local knowledge. His Pub recommendation of the New Inn was particularly appreciated. The rooms are homely... More

We stayed in room 4 for 1 night. We were visiting family and this was the only room available due to our late booking. The room was more than comfortable, well equipped with a kettle and coffee and various teas, chocolate and biscuits. A perfectly clean on-suite and a hairdryer provided. The room was quiet even though located at the... More

We stayed here the night before a sky dive. It was in a great location. Gary was very friendly and accommodating. His 'Queens' breakfast is a real treat and must have. Thanks for a great stay. We stayed in a twin room with en-suit bathroom.

I must admit, I had not planned to stay here but I am eternally grateful that I did. A mix-up of booking dates with a nearby guesthouse meant that Leena's was substituted instead. It was a pleasant surprise indeed, the house was wonderful, clean, light and airy and the bed was very comfortable. You would be hard pressed to find... More

A spacious bedroom in a solidly built 1920's property. Tastefully decorated and furnished, Double glazing on the windows kept out any traffic noise from the adjacent road. Excellent hospitably from the proprietor, Gary, who cooked an tasty and generous breakfast. A traditional English breakfast is available as well as an abundance of fruit and cereals. Freshly percolated coffee that you... More

Run by a very pleasant welcoming couple the guest-house is within easy walking distance down by the river to Salisbury town centre and the Cathedral. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and Gary went out of his way to meet my culinary requests perfectly. The bowl of berries to start breakfast was a particularly nice touch. We... More

We've been using Leena's for a few years. It's great to see the way that Edith and Gary are updating whilst still keeping the ambiance using antique drawers and bedside tables. Cooked breakfast is available - it's called a King's Breakfast. But for something different why not try the Queen's breakfast - warmed salmon and cherry tomatoes with scrambled or... More

If you want to be feel part of the family, Gary and Edith will oblige. If you want a breakfast that you honestly couldn't beat anywhere, ditto. Leena's is very special, and is worth a special trip to Salisbury. We've already recommended it to several friends.
