The location was pretty convenient. "A 10-minute walk" from town was a little difficult for us, as my husband and I have some knee and back problems, so we drove our car, but did not have problems parking. There was a Waitrose (similar to Wal-Mart) store, and two pubs not far away. Private off-street parking was promised, but in the... More

We enjoyed the location as it was a reasonable walk (10-15 minutes) down to the town centre. The onsite parking lot felt secure for our four motorcycles. Our host was friendly and helpful and served up a delicious full English breakfast. Rooms were a wee bit dated but comfortable and clean. Only negative, as others have noted, is the traffic... More

The house was nice and very English, our landlady were helpfull and friendly, but the room was so small that we could hardly get around. The noise from the street that runs just beside the house, were so loud that we couldnt leave the windows open during the night.

This a good location easy walk along the river into Salisbury. Excellent staff that can point you in the right direction, good breakfast which set you up for the day. Would stay here again if coming to Salisbury.

My partner and I felt that the staff here were super friendly and informative. Rooms are clean and spacious. Short walk to the town Centre. The bed was quite soft and the pillows flat and uncomfortable for us. The TV was at an odd height so we had to sit up in bed to watch it as the base of... More

My colleague and I stayed here for a night on 27th April. The lady who runs the guest house welcomed us and was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very small and met basic needs - which was fine for one night. For business needs though it was cramped and if I was staying more than one night I... More

Being a party of male friends away for a weekend we needed somewhere with rooms with twin beds, not doubles. Nice car park right outside the door. The hotel is a pleasant twenty minute walk into town along by the canal. The rooms are clean and comfortable but basic. Toilet/shower facilities are also basic, we had no shampoo in our... More

A lovely little B&B with friendly, attentive staff. We stayed here after a wedding and the owners were happy to accommodate our request - by putting an extra bed in the room for our friend. A brilliant rate for the 3 of us. Yummy breakfast the next day. Good shower in room. Thank you!
