Attended a wine tasting for Leeds Sommeliers at Peasehill hotel restaurant yesterday. Over the years we have been to Peasehill on many occasions and we have never been disappointed. They always provide interesting menus, well cooked food and good service. My wife had seabass fillets in a prawn sauce and I had cod in a cream and chorizo sauce. A trio...

I stayed for one night and found the staff very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The place is charming although there are a couple of areas which are a little tired although not off-putting. Breakfast was divine and cooked and served very promptly. We will definately return to this charming place and have already made a further booking. I rate this...

We were visiting friends in Horsforth for the weekend so didn't want or need a City centre hotel..or city centre prices! This little hotel was perfect - great value and if truth be told more like a large guest house but was just what we needed. Room was small but clean and comfortable and breakfast was tasty. There is a...

This hotel has the foundations to be excellent...but it isn't. Looking back on earlier reviews even from 2012 it's clear the owners are not interested in customer feedback. The staff member who met me on arrival was friendly enough but this does nothing to mask the weird musty old smell when you walk in. The smell which doesn't really go...

All OK until we went to have a shower to find out that it did not work! TV needs updating to a larger size so that you can actually see it from the bed. Breakfast OK. Could have more choice other than a full English or kippers!

Stayed for one night. Good value £47.50 double room with single occupancy. Stayed in Room 1 which was very spacious and clean. Bed was a bit creaky, mattress definitely needs updating. Staff were very friendly. Overall very pleasant stay. The hotel is just a little tired and with a little bit of work on improvements would be lovely. I would...

Stayed last night for 1 night as in the area for a funeral and wake was being held here. Booked last minute - staff helpful, and welcoming, reasonably priced £47.50 inc breakfast for a double room single occupancy, I was quite dubious about booking having seen some of the reviews on here. Yes the hotel needs a little touch up...

We should have been here for two nights but it turned into just one due to an M25 disaster on the way up. A pity as two nights would have been nice, and even during our disaster the hotel team were in touch and keepipng options open for us to arrive very late. They were helpful at a time of...

4 stars? sorry but this place is in dire need of a complete overhaul. From the front door to the bedrooms. Room 7 was very far below any reasonable standard. Lumpy squeaking bed, grotty unclean shower, water damaged skirting boards and grubby paintwork. Was booked in for two nights but only stayed one. Would even have left before that but...
