Clean & functional as always. No lift that i found & parking over the road & chargeable but all good & as expected. No restaurant for breakfast as yet but continental box available from reception. Helpful receptionist & good in room facilities - as always rooms a little warm.

Although by busy roads treble glazing kept noise to a minimum. The bed was very comfy. The receptionist was very helpful in finding us somewhere to eat because TGI Friday's next door was very busy and couldn't seat us for 40 minutes, by which time we would not have had time to eat before leaving for a show, which was...

The hotel was good and we had a good weekend in Leeds. The following morning TEN cars had been broken into, bricks through windows and everything inside stolen. The police came knocking on doors of guests to wake them up & to make them aware. How the hotel staff on the 24hr reception FAILED to hear ten car alarms going...

Overall I would be very impressed with this hotel. Good location, TGI Fridays next door which is perfect. But it is extremely noisy and all we heard all night was car alarms only to find out it was pretty much every car alarm in their car park because 9/10 car windows had been smashed in including ours. I am booked...

Stayed at this hotel for one night with my girlfriend for a night out and meal in Leeds. Hotels location is a little out the way to say it's a 'city centre' hotel, wasn't walking distance into town so we got a taxi which was about £5 in the daytime, and £8 back at night which isn't too bad really...

it might be near the city centre but that's about the only positive point. Of course there are lots of hotels in or near the city centre, so don't waste your time with this one. It's in a dreadful place - you can only get there if you are in car or taxi, it is in amongst a load of...
