On holiday in Haworth with lunch on Tuesday (and back for breakfast on Saturday). The Fleece is a good pub but seems to have surrendered excellence to "market share" of the day trippers. Nothing wrong but its no longer any different to all the others on Main Street. I ordered Whitby battered Scampi which conjures up pictures of the chief battering... More

Thank you for your reviews of the food at the Fleece. I'm pleased you enjoyed your breakfast on the Saturday, and would have given us an 'excellent' review if that had stood alone. However, I am disappointed with the feedback on the scampi. Yes, it does get delivered into us, having been produce & packaged in Whitby, as it states... More

Super accommodation. Bedrooms are comfortable, spacious and warm, with loads of hot water at all times. Rooms serviced daily. The service is exceptional from the cheerful, pleasant and efficient staff. The food cannot be faulted. It was so good we chose to eat there all the time. It was always well presented, and piping hot. And because of that we... More

I stayed here with my daughters for a long weekend exploring Bronte country, and thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Fleece Inn. The rooms were immaculately clean, and it was nice to find extra touches - toiletries, tea, coffee, biscuits and bottled water. I had room 7, a spacious twin bed, with lovely views across Haworth to the hills beyond. My... More

We ate here three times over our weeks holiday in Haworth. The food was great each time we visited, good portions and very reasonable. The staff were really friendly too! Definitely recommend - a great wee find

We had a selection of starters: spring rolls, potato wedges with chilli and cheese. For main we had a couple of burgers, a chicken and bacon sandwich and a beef and onion sandwich with soup. Portion sizes were all good and the food was a good quality. Definitely worth a visit.

I was met in a way that made me feel genuinely cared for. They can be proud of the near impeccable condition of the room which was also nicely furnished. Only minus sides the occasional touches of cigarrette smoke if the window was open and slight noise from the downstairs pub, but that closed at midnight so not a big... More

The Fleece is right on the Main Street and has a great atmosphere. The staff are really friendly and the room we had was really big. It would be impossible to find fault with the place the breakfast was excellent. We ate at the pub on Friday evening and can compliment the service and food. Would certainly recommend the steak... Warm welcome, pretty and comfortable rooms, and great food (and real ale!). Will definitely come back. Parking is at a premium so there is a bit of walking involved as no dedicated car park ut easy enough to drop your luggage off.

Good ale and lovely food which is homemade, very tasty and large portions. Great atmosphere. Beautiful location on the Main Street in Haworth. May be worth booking a table in the evening as it can get busy. Would highly recommend a visit if you are in the area.
