Decent rooms comfy beds and good sized bathroom. Plenty of parking although it was very busy on the night I was there. Didn't fancy the food so caught a taxi into town and are there. Easy to find but a little way out of town. Not really walking distance and on a main road though nice and quiet

The hotel is well situated to access Chichester and all places to visit although very helpful staff the one thing that spoilt the visit was the fact that you had to walk past all the smokers to enter the reception and there were so many discarded cigarette ends at the entrance it looked positively scruffy. The smoke also entered the...

I stayed here Autumn 2016 for 1 night ( £65). Overall this was reasonable . I usually try to stay in a b & b for under £40 so this was considerably more than I was used to paying so although this is probably the norm ,for me, I felt it was overpriced. Initially I had a ground floor room...

Wasnt sure about booking this one as it was on a roundabout and unknown to us. On arrival a pleasant reception and a large room greeted us. It is fair to say that the room was best described as well used or "tired" but it was clean and the linen spotless. We ate in the restaurant the first night and...

You know what? this may have been a 4 star when it was first built, and although it is a 3 star now, I still thought it was good as a 3 star Hotel. So ok, the Gym there is rather sparse, as although they have a few machines there, they are in need of some TLC, and there is...

From arrival early Friday afternoon18th Nov until departure Sunday the 20th had an excellent time. Staff very friendly, room immaculately clean, shower very good (even though not a power shower) breakfasts nice and hot - everything properly cooked - and later meals first class. About a twenty minute walk to the town centre, which was good exercise for my knees,...

Stayed here on business. The rooms remind me of an old travelogue. But it's clean, it's warm and there is an adequate bathroom and towels. Breakfast however is an amazing straight £10 per head so a double room cost £95. But it's OK and I would stay there again.

Room was good, decent size, and bed very comfortable. Staff friendly and cooked breakfasts superb. Small pool very pleasant and parking safe. It's not far from retail centre and Chichester itself. I was attending a wedding in Goodwood and this was a good resting place.
