Staff friendly went arrived . Only 1 lift working . Rooms very basic . Very cold in rooms . No heating came on. Did not sleep well due to the noise outside .windows are not double glazed .

I think we were on the 4th floor and our room was over the road. Very little traffic noise and a nice room. I saw the reviews before traveling there and I was ready to be unamazed but I was pleasantly surprised .
