On arrival at the hotel it was a telling sign... the front doors were broken. The welcome from the reception was ok. The reception area however was untidy with people everywhere just standing around. The location is good as it is on the main road to Birmingham, however I had a room on the sixth floor facing the road and...

We didn't pay much to stay here and I'm glad we didn't. The staff are probably the one good point I can put about the hotel as they was lovely and friendly The hotel room we received was mucky, the bedding was ripped and so was the wallpaper. The bathroom wasn't clean and the windows in the room wouldn't even...

Overnight National Holidays for the Severn Valley Steam Gala and well a disappointing basic hotel is the polite phrase! Like many other reviewers on here, it's dated on the outside and not much better inside. Travelling solo meant the room was a single bed pushed against the wall with black marks on the wall and even a boggy! The TV...

The hotel is very dated, needs updating but can't really moan at the price. The beds was the cleanest thing in the room and hotel, said 24hr food but it wasn't so had to order from town. I suppose to just put your head down it wasn't bad.
