This place was awful; dirty, smelly and nothing worked. There were rentokil rat traps everywhere. It was actually such a shambles of a place that myself and my friends looked at each other and burst into hysterical laughter as we realised that we would be spending the night there. Think of the toilet in Trainspotting and you'll have a good... More

So me and my buddy turned up, saw it from the outside and knew it's was going to be rubbish, As we stepped over the line of cigarette buds that were all over the entrance floor, we open the door we got smacked in the face by the smell of Feet.. As we walked to the reception, we realised what... More

This hotel should be closed down immediately and the owners brought before a court. They readily doublecharge their guests like us and give no refund (it has been almost a year since we stayed there). I have sent them all the evidence of the payment and they simply do not care at all. By the way, this is the poorest... More

Dont stay here. I am not a picky person, i usually choose to stay at portland house which is only a 2 star but is pretty clean and basic. This hotel does not even deserve 1 star, However i booked at portland and they called me saying that they were having work done so i would have to stay at... More

When we turned up to the hotel, our room was laughable, we found boxers under the bed, hair in the bed, stains on the quilt, that didn't even have an over cover on it. We carpets were ripped up, the pillows were like sleeping on a piece of paper. The smell of the room was disgusting and the room was... More

I stayed here for one night. It was the only hotel available at short notice. On arrival at reception I had to wait for the police to finish talking to the receptionist, which wasn't a good sign! I was told that due to their internet failing they weren't aware of my reservation, but after 20 minutes of discussion I was... More

Stayed the night with a friend who booked the hotel - not one I would have chosen, particularly on the reviews. The hotel was fairly conveniently situated and had a free car park which was good. Immediate impressions upon entry weren't all that great, the reception area was rather untidy and quite noisy despite it being late at night. We... More

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!! BEWARE!! HASSAN is an absolute trickster!! This hotel is not in a living condition fit for humans. Paid on the reception desk upon checking in before seeing the room we have booked. The room turns out to be a living nightmare! Immediately demanded a refund and have not received the refund till now. Hassan... More
