I booked this hotel for myself and my husband as a friend of ours was graduating at Symphony Hall and we wanted somewhere walking distance that wouldn't break the bank. This hotel was a great find at just £30 on a Sunday night stay. We were fully aware upon booking of the quirky nature of the rooms with them not... More

My partner and I stayed here recently, we found the location to be fantastic and the overall hotel to be really brilliant! I have to agree with other reviewers that the rooms are unbearably small, forget staying here for more than 1, at the very most 2 nights as there are no windows and it's tiny! The tv and the... I came here on business. The hotel was located in a good place, 5 -10 minutes walk from New Street Station and many nice bars etc. It was a 2 bed room and the rooms are very small and basic but were completely adequate. It was cheaper than most places and perfect for my own needs. I wouldn't recommend it... More

Rooms very tiny bit odd having no windows... Lighting very awkward to control gets a little confusing when the lights randomly switch off? No spare key for room and tv is very quiet... Noisy place to stay. Could be worse but not the best place to stay

My husband and I wanted a few days away. Found this hotel online. Room was small and clean, great for just a few days. There was no window so room got quite hot, we ended up buying a fan. I would definitely stay again as the location was great, we were right by the canal which had restaurants and a... More

I was literally in Birmingham for 12 hours overnight so just needed a place to put my head down. The rooms are compact (exactly the length of a double bed) and modelled (I think) on a yachts quarters. As such there are no windows but has a TV and writing desk plus a wet room. Provided the lack of natural... More

By far the worst place I have ever booked I would have done better if I stayed in the back of a Transit Van. No windows in the room it was 10ft x 10ft. Only good thing were the staff. I had to move three times. The second time was a smell in the shower which I can only say... More

I arrived at the nitenite hotel oblivious to it's unique rooms. I was told at the reception that the rooms were unusual. They are incredibly small. Not for someone with claustrophobia. However, well presented and clean. Lack of windows was an issue for me as I slept in and was awoken by the room cleaners, but I had a comfortable... More

Stayed two nights with a Buyagift hotel gift voucher package. We chose this hotel so that we could explore Birmingham. The hotel is ideally located, only 10 minutes from New Street station. We had stayed in a family pod room before (Shark Hotel, Thorpe Park) so had some idea of what to expect. The room is only as a big... More

I was aware of the type of rooms we'd be staying. Very modern and clean, obviously it's unbelievably small, two people sharing is near impossible. If one of you is having a shower then try and leave the door open, gets unbearably hot.
