I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last couple of months. Both to visit events in Birmingham. Price and location is excellent. Rooms nice, clean and basic. Comfy beds. Felt safe there. One the first stay, the room was quite noisy as it looked out onto the main road. Second visit the room looked out onto the car park so much less noise. You really can't go wring with this hotel and I am looking forward to staying there again.

The staff are all super helpful and make you feel welcome. The rooms are small, but well set up and very functional. Better than a travelodge! The area is a bit rough so I wouldn’t recommend single females stay here. Not a nice walk into the centre for dinner. Lots of homeless and underpasses that stink! Parking is cheap, but limited so don’t rely on it! All in all for the money and the staff making the difference I was happy

My partner and I stayed here 2 days ago for night as we were in the city for the KISS concert. The staff were friendly upon check in and pointed out what was available and where everything was in the hotel. The room was budget size but no complaints and more importantly the room was clean. The hotel is only a 5 min walk into the main areas of city centre so location is ideal and there are plenty shops across the road from hotel if you don’t fancy having hotel food

A clean basic hotel with everything you need. My room was spotless. Centrally located. less than 10 minute walk from train station. Plenty of great places to eat also within walking distance. Staff was very helpful ("Dot" welcomed me as she remembered me from a previous visit.) They readily accommodated my request for a fan. The room was a good temperature. I like the fan noise to help me sleep. This now my "go to" hotel when I visit Birmingham twice a month.

The staff were friendly and polite but the hotel was very low budget with a lack of facilities. Noisy lobby and unfriendly area. No kettle in the tiny room, no wardrobe and no toiletries. We paid for 2 nights but checked out after 1.
