Stayed here one night for our works Christmas party. This is the usual Premier Inn standard with large rooms and very comfortable bed. Unfortunately the room and a damp musty smell. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast is good. The location is good just off broad street but the hotel is on a back street. My biggest gripe...

This Premier Inn is ideally located just off Broad Street. It is very clean and modern and very reasonably priced. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again.

Car park (or lack of) was my first encounter and not a good one, space for about 8 cars and 2 are for disabled people, the nearest public car park means a walk and as the hotel is off the main road and has no security lighting, it is a bit worrying. Staff were very friendly, and helpful, got to...

Been to Premier Inn first time and liked it from first moment - Receptionist Lady was very helpful, friendly and always with smile - staff of some other hotels should learn from her what the " real costumer service" is - I came earlier than 2pm, but got the room straight away, had problems with heating - got extra heaters....

We're in Birmingham for the good food show and Xmas markets. The hotel is a short walk into the city centre (5mins max). The staff were great. The room clean with a comfy bed and good shower. After a good night's sleep we had a yummy breakfast. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Birmingham.

The email we received before arrival suggested a car park behind the hotel (£6.50 for 24 hours). We arrived late on a Sunday and was dubious about parking there as it is just waste land but by the next morning it was rammed with cars. Quick friendly check in. Went straight to room to unpack, needed an iron which I...

There are building works going on next door which PI warn you about but it didnt cause me any issues. Room was vey clean and bed was comfy, it cost £62 for the night so brilliant value. If you don't fancy a PI breakfast, there is an Eat, Costa and Nero approach 5 mins away. Happy to recommend.

Great location for Barclaycard Arena as it is within easy walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only reason it did not get a five rating was that we didn't have hot water before going out for the evening as the builders had turned it off and forgot to turn it back...

Premier Inn always exceed expectations for cost of room and Birmingham Broad Street is no exception. Very friendly staff, clean room and great location. Only downfall to our overnight stay was that builders had turned off the hot water and had forgotten to turn it back on when they left for the day so we had no hot water in...

This is our third time to this hotel as it has parking and is so close to the city centre but also to Brindley place, restaurants, ICC, NIA, Mailbox and the Library. We had no complaints about the service, breakfast or rooms but the noise from the building site across the road was quite loud and started early. We possibly...

Dear Ivan J Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to see that our location was ideal for your stay, unfortunatley for the extension work we tried to keep noise level to a minimum. We hope to see you back with us in the near future. Many Thanks Sharon
