As with all premier inns the bed was really comfy. Everything was clean and the room was very large with a double bed and a further sofa bed if required and the bathroom had shower & and hand wash provided. Only a short walk to the bars and restaurants on Broad Street while being far enough away to not be... More

This hotel is typical of all the (many) Premier Inns I've stayed at in recent years - clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly the same as all the others, which I love! The facilities were modern and smart, parking was easy (although it was a little trickier than expected to find) and the service was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant... More

Not the easiest to find, tucked away a bit, but worth the hunt. Limited parking. Standard Premier Inn offering. Spotlessly clean. Very well located right in the centre of the city. Staff very pleasant. No exceptions.

I love staying at Premier Inn as their hotels are generally so reliable. However regrettably after my experience of staying here I would definitely not use this hotel again. The hotel itself has a rather unpleasant feel, almost seedy. Normally I feel very comfortable travelling alone in a Premier Inn. However this one somehow manages to look and feel like... More

I stayed here for two nights and it's hard to believe you are in the middle of a city. There is a small car park in front of the hotel which is very reasonable at £5 for 24 hours. The staff are friendly, the rooms a good size and very little external noise for such a location. Unlike most hotels,... More

Stayed here when attending an ELO concert at the Barclaycard Arena (4 minutes pleasant walk). The hotel has a great location being 15 minutes walk from New Street Station and the Bullring, a minute or two from Broad Street's restaurants and nightlife and less than 5 minutes from the canal, Sealife centre and the Barclaycard Arena. It is in a... More

To start with the car park was a nightmare, luckily I parked, but not in a space... 30ish places for 70ish rooms... The staff seemed genuinely friendly and helpful. The lift was broken, which was a nuisance... I dined in the restaurant, but had it not been so late I'd have gone elsewhere, I've never known such a limited menu,... More

We were booked for a couple of nights and generally find Premier Inn good value for money Staff were friendly and location was handy for New St station and the city centre However, the room was very small It had space only for one chair (there were 2 of us) and moving round was difficult The (small) TV stand was... Excellent location for ICC, Gas St Basin area. Overnight stay was marred by the lift not working - we are an elderly couple and our otherwise excellent room was on the 2nd floor. No apology, explanation or help offered. Disappointing full English breakfast - food lukewarm/cold & coffee terrible! Wifi was good. Car-parking adjacent to the hotel excellent.
