Booked the Radisson as a special weekend, the hotel is tired and the staff seem to have given up. The room... Well the room!!!! Bathroom smelled of sewerage, had to call reception for iron and hair dryer who asked me to double check the wardrobe.... DOH!!!! Breakfast.... Food was awful, dry and tasteless... Waste of money, there are better and... More

This is one of the nicest hotels in Birmingham and you can clearly see what your paying for: Quality and Service. Always a great room with lovely view, good night sleep, foods lovely, great friendly staff who will look after you and security is great. Have nothing to complain about, I am a regular customer and planning to go again... More

First of all - best bed I've slept in a Birmingham hotel and that included the far more expensive rivals. I last stayed ten years ago when it seemed far more swanky and upmarket. Now it's a very decent mid-range hotel in an excellent location. Apart from the amazing bed the bathroom is good but a little small and dark... More

Nice room although Tv screen is small Clean hotel and friendly staff Breakfast was ok all things considered but with one of those infernal toasters where you feed the bread in on a 'conveyor' and then wait forever whilst it toasts only one side. Trying to re-feed serves to set off the smoke alarm and send the poor staff into... More

Very good hotel in a good location for all the sights bars restaurants with comfortable rooms and 1st clss service at reasonable prices. Will certainly use it again. We went to Hippodrome to see Mamma Mia which was just a 3 to 4 minute casual walk away. The station was the same distance. Picture was view from bedroom..16th floor..lift was... More

A lovely suprise visit for me and my partners anniversary. A Sunday evening stay and upgraded to a business type room which was awesome. Great for access to the city and a fabulous view of Birmingham and beyond. This is the third stay in a Radisson and certainly will stay again. Great breakfast, great service and thanks to Monica on... More

I was a bit apprehensive about the Radisson Blu when I read the reviews, sadly the reviews are indeed true. Stayed for a night before a course in Birmingham and wished I'd travelled up the same day, despite having to get up at 4am to do so. The room was dirty, dusty, stained pillows, indescribable stains on the bathroom floor... More

This hotel is brilliantly located close to all attractions in Birmingham. We drove to the hotel and through NCP parking was easy to find and reasonable cost of £15. The breakfast was delicious and had so much choice! The room was a slight let down, there was no wow factor that I have experienced with other radissons. The need a... More

I had a particularly poor stay here in October 2015 which I didn't review as I was dealing with Radisson customer care over it at the time - but would have had trouble giving more than two stars. Stayed again more recently and most of the service and associated issues have been sorted. Rooms are fine, but a bit dated.... More
