To start with the good thing: the breakfast. Excellent choice and a special request was honoured. We stayed in the hotel from Monday until Friday and during most of that time 2 out of 3 elevators were not working. And during the whole stay the main door was out of order too. We arrived late at night, which I mailed...

Really good hotel in excellent location. The staff are superb. Breakfast was very enjoyable and we enjoyed a delicious meal in felinis restaurant in the evening. Room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Service throughout the hotel was fantastic. Two of the lifts were out of order due to a flood from one of the penthouses...

Excellent central location five minutes walk from New Street Station. Pleasant helpful Staff. Comfortable room, bed and pillows but just a little dated and tired. One frustration in a relatively high rise hotel is two out of the three lifts were out of offer meaning a long wait for a lift. I used the staircase once, not a pleasant experience...

Very good central location for bullring and Chinatown district and only around the corner from the new street train station Staff were very welcoming and helpful The room was spotless clean and the bed was the comfiest we have ever slept in. The cocktails in the bar were amazing. The only minus points were the TV in the room was...

We were staying in Birmingham to attend a concert and to go shopping. This hotel was perfect for us, as it is very close to The Bull Ring shopping centre and the train station which we needed for travelling to and from the airport and to go to the concert. It couldn't have been better! We were also pleased with...

I stayed here on business for a couple of nights in December. The room was spacious and very clean and I liked the fact that there was an area to sit and relax whilst watching the television rather than sprawling on the bed. I had a room overlooking the busy road but noise was not an issue at all. The...

I've stayed here before and was happy enough that I returned. It's ideal for meetings in Birmingham and close to New Street Station. It's worth a walk up to the restaurants and bars near the canal but you have to negotiate some interesting areas in between. However what struck me with this visit was a lack of staff and attentiveness...

We stayed at the Radisson Blu for my birthday. It's very close to the Mailbox, train station & the Bullring so is very convenient. We booked an executive room which was clean & on the 17th floor so the view was impressive. We had booked breakfast for the next day which was buffet style (waiters brought tea or coffee) well...

The rooms are very clean, and have an executive feel to them. Very classy and feels that staff really focus on details. Front desk very helpful and friendly, and the food was just delicious! I highly recommend this hotel!
