Thank you for taking the time and trouble to write a review of your stay at the Rowton Hotel, and it very neatly sums up our offer. However your comment about the beds and pillows have been noted and are being looked into. Thank you

Hello - check in time is 3.00pm however subject to room availability our team is happy to check you in earlier so its a good idea to phone in and ask on the morning of your arrival.

There are car parks closer to Digbeth that are probably a bit more secure than the car park used by the Rowton/Paragon hotel. Pershore Street and the Markets come to mind that charge £4 - £5 per day.

Our friend in our he next room also had blood on the door. Shocking hotel that needs health and safety inspection and should be shut down. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL
