Lovely hotel well placed for city centre. Lovely rooms friendly staff and a great cooked breakfast shame no black pudding would have made it perfect for me. Will stay again as plenty parking with no added cost

Stayed at the hotel on a course for 2 days. The food was outstanding, for our group they cooked us a Christmas dinner, fantastic!! For evening meal I had Salmon, again, cooked perfectly, the cheese board won the night though - brilliant!!

Located on busy road but with good access to Birmingham city centre. Free parking on site. Bus stop right outside (don't forget to have exact money - "we don't give change"). Welcoming and nicely decorated reception, staff are helpful and very nice. Lounge, breakfast area is well presented, standard breakfast but not exceptional service. Bedroom was in need of update...

Perfect. Why say anything more? Great food, staff and atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble. Despite there being too large rooms full with families celebrating, we were made to feel like the only people there. We all ordered something different, it arrived at the same time and beautifully cooked. The Decorations said tasteful Christmas. Then to top it all of...

Great clean room, excellent shower but slightly noisy as we were by the kitchen extractor which started at 6am and turned off at 11pm. Brilliant breakfast with waitress service. Good amount of car parking. Easy walk into the city and plenty of taxis available. Lounge singer was very welcome entertainment. Desk booked a taxi for us to go into Motorpoint....

Food is beautiful, eaten here regularly On a Sunday and a Saturday night. Singer when on is marvellous. Mature crowd at this classy venue. I can't recommend this place enough, if you are prepared to pay for quality then this is the place to come. Pure class from top to bottom.

I was at the Eaton Hotel last Saturday for a company Christmas Party and I have to say it was brilliant! The staff really entered into the spirit of the evening without once losing their professionalism and the food was amazing!

A hotel, in the main, is a place to stay overnight. Sleep would be the most important thing to any customer. Now before I start, the manager 'Gill' argued with me otherwise. I understand there are Christmas functions at this time of the year, especially over weekends. However, we were staying over for the weekend to visit the town centre,...

Enjoyed stay at the Eaton hotel. Approx 1-2 miles from town centre, but bus stop right outside ( £4 for all day ticket ) Good sized free car park. room plenty large enough, with tea/coffee iron & board. Bed comfy, pillows were hard. Wi-Fi was slow. Nice breakfast - plate service for cooked , self sevice for rest. Good choices....
