I have stayed many times at this hotel. The hotel is very clean and quiet even though the hotel seems to be really busy. It is well situated(near bus stop and railway station). Nice bar area, free wifi and helpful staff.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The room is very clean and well laid out with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast is a little late for me at 7.00, and it would be nice to get bar snacks before the 6.30 meals starts, but we can't have everything. The hotel is not disabled friendly and... More

Very good value for money especially considering we booked really last minute. The hotel offered everything we needed and most importantly was very clean and quiet even though the hotel seemed to be really busy. Nice bar area and reasonably priced freshly cooked meals on the Sat night. We did not make it to breakfast so cant comment on this.... More

I was pleasantly-surprised with this hotel. The location is far from the NEC - it's a 15 minute drive, and it's not central either. As long as you have a car or do not mind a taxi, it is okay. I found the room very clean with facilities around. Shops and bars/restaurants are a short stroll away, and the staff... More

The room was tired but functional and, most importantly, clean. Neither of the mirror lights worked (in the bathroom or room), but the rest was fine. The shower was nice, but made a lot of noise which easily travelled at least next door if not further. Wifi was free, though it cut out from time to time and you had... More

Short break away as we were going to the NEC . Chose the hotel as advertised close to NEC which it was. However as we were going by train we had to get a train into the centre and another one to the NEC and ended up getting a taxi back as it finished later than expected and the last... More

We stayed here for three nights while at an exhibition at the NEC and I have to say I was bitterly disappointed. Having stayed here the year before there has been a huge decline. Firstly however I have to say the staff that work there are lovely and very helpful but I think they need some support from the owners.... More

All I can say about this hotel is that it is dirty the carpet in my room had staines on it and the walls were filthy and the beds were terrible and my bed was broken. It was a depressing stay. Although it's saving grace is that it is next door to a railway station and the Wi Fi was... More

stayed for a couple of nights after Easter while visiting NEC. The hotel is conveniently located and the staff was most welcoming. nothing was too much trouble and even though I arrived late they still managed to provide dinner. the room was on the second floor and i found it really quiet and cosy. the breakfast in the morning is...
