The lift system is alarming. Your key card is supposed to allow you to stop on the accommodation floors when returning from the Spa. It didn't. In dressing gown and slippers, we were swept up to the cocktail bar, and down to the Spa again, then up again like a leaf in the wind, and down to reception, then up... More

Despite the price tag- still just a very average hotel room. Nothing out of the ordinary other than the glass wall and the view of Birmingham. Very clean and adequate but certainly nothing to shout about.

First time at an Indigo. Will go again. It was about £20 a night more for the room than the Holiday Inn Express I stayed in for the previous few nights. But what a lot you get for that £20! The room is stylish and comfortable with an ace bathroom. It's about 50% bigger than a 'bargain' hotel brand. And... More

I stayed for 2 nights whilst attending a conference at the ICC. There are a great range of hotels in a very small area all within easy walking distance to the ICC-but I wanted something a little different. The rooms are large and came with several free treats such as chocolate, crisps and coke. The views extend for miles. It was... More

This is the first time ive been to Birmingham and it wont be the last. Hotel Indigo is modern and quirky but also chiq and trendy. The staff (well all except one) were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well equiped. The champagne bar and general bar on 25th floor had great views over the city .... it... More

£190.00 for the night inc breakfast. Room large, clean, great views, great bathroom Bar very expensive, loads of "chancers" Breakfast VERY disappointing - eggs benedict. The bacon was covered in white slime, the muffins were barely toasted, the holly daisy sauce bland and thin Sorry hotel indigo - could do better
