5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

Myself and my husband stayed here for one Friday night last week as we were going to a gig in town. The room (2432) was slightly on the small side but adequate enough for one night. It was very modern and clean with a decent sized bathroom and shower cubicle. The room featured digital tv, a mini fridge containing complementary... More

Bad experience from beginning to end (I left early before it got any worse!). Arrival - apparently they have an automatic car parking machine. However it was broken and I therefore had to park in "the mailbox" (I another apparently a nearby carpark). The girls at reception clearly struggled with getting directions. After three laps of Birmingham Centre I gave... More

We have now stayed at this hotel on three separate occasions, and each time we have been impressed with staff, cleanliness and food. The hotel is in a great location, right next to the mailbox, a short walk up the canal to Brindley place and the LG arena and only 10 minutes to the bullring. The spa is small but... More

Very modern, excellent room facilities, spotlessly clean, plenty of big fluffy towels good quality toiletries. Fantastic staff. But- only two lifts in this huge popular building Had I ordered a continental breakfast I would have been very disappointed with the tiny pastries, didn't know croissants could be that small! The cooked breakfast was very good apart from what appears to... More

Stayed one night during the Cocktail Weekend. Didn't really spend much time in the hotel but on first impression, standard very good. Cannot comment on the food but we did get 2 free glasses of prosecco at Marco Pierre White's restaurant/bar on the floor above us. Also crisps, chocolate, water and coke complimentary in the mini bar as well as... More

Took off to Hotel Indigo for the wkend as fancied a city break in Brum. We'd booked a room with a balcony but got a very apologetic call on Friday morning informing me that the hotel had over booked the balcony rooms so we were asked to move to a different room on Saturday. On arrival, the receptionist was again... More

Booked the hotel at the last minute..... Initially looks lovely but the TV didn't work and I had booked a kingsized bed - a double bed only. We were then moved to another room, with a much smaller window, covered in greasy finger marks. The bed was still a double and the cover was covered in hairs, as are the... More

Fantastic location. Great service. Part of a birthday voucher. Complementary items in the fridge. Brownie on arrival to your room. Huge room. Good facilities (however, we didn't have time for the spa facilities). Robes and slippers. However, did ask for an ice bucket and wine glasses and didn't receive before we went for dinner. Lifts also tricky!

Where to even begin... This hotel is not only full of incompetence and a severe (and dear I say engrained) lack of common sense. My stay started to go wrong when we complained that our air con wasn't working, something which is essential in such a building where it's all glass and the windows don't open. We asked for it... From the website and a recommendation I booked 2 rooms. The double room was not that clean with pubic hairs still in the shower and hairs in the sheets. Second bedroom air-conditioning was broken and couldn't open the windows. Reported this on arrival and hours later nothing had been done. Had to change room at 11.15pm at night and my... More
