The Hilton Garden Inn gives you a slice of heaven in the centre of the city. You are at the heart of the action and the staff out you at the heart of the service. Great value, great service, great location.

(Note I didn't stay in any rooms at this hotel, only here for a days training event) I've been to a few hotels for training and conferences and the big chains are often a let down with stuffy rooms and rubbish food. The room we had for this training event was on the first floor with easy access. Really nice...

Had a few issues here which ranged from not enough large bath towels to disorganised breakfast buffet. Location great for broad street and staff lovely, think it's over priced for what it is though. Would go again if there was an offer on.

My room of a fair size and clean. The staff where all friendly staff and polite. Nice selection at breakfast and the duty chef made me a delicious...

Very close to excellent shops, bars and restaurants this is a great value hotel for a weekend break. No frills like spas, coffee machines and jacuzzi baths that you might get with more expensive hotels nearby but comfortable beds, good breakfasts and overall great value for money.

Nothing bad so nothing to say really. I suppose a lack of biscuits in the room was the only thing they could improve. The bar food was amazing even the chicken and bacon sandwich was freshly cooked and lovely.

Me and my partner stayed here on Saturday 18th February as a belated valentines night away. The hotel itself was nicely presented, we went out for a meal and drinks from about 6pm and arrived back at the hotel about 9:30pm, we discovered quickly that we wouldn't be getting much sleep as the bar located opposite the hotel was playing...

Don't think i will be returning back to this hotel, besides charging £15 for the car park for an over night stay, the double room i stayed in had the worst bed i have ever slept in. Each time i moved the bed and bed frame sounded like it was going to break or fall apart and was just so...
