Stayed 2 nights here last week with a friend while attending a course in Birminghamham University.
From checkin to checkout everything was top class. The staff were so welcoming and friendly.
The hotel is bright and clean, the twin room was spacious and comfortable.

However when we checked in we overheard a conversation next to us about all the car parks being full locally and customers were having to take pot luck with parking. Was Celine Dion concert at Barclaycard Arena that night so may have explained why it was so busy?
