Some other reviews have confused me on this one, I think I must have been at a different hotel! Our room was at the front of the hotel (noisy road at the front but didn't bother us. It is virtually city centre so to be expected really). The room looked clean enough and the bed/bedding certainly were (white bedding, classic... More

I always like to try and start a review off being positive so let's see, well our rooms had beds in them which is always a useful thing, there was even carpet on the floor. The rooms I guess were of okay value, around £50 per room per night. On the negative side the rooms looked nothing like on there... More

This place is disgusting. Only stayed one night, that was more than enough. Room was unclean. I hate to think what the stain on the wall right next to me was. Didn't even dare to have a coffee. So noisy, doors banging constantly and people being very loud. Couldn't wait to leave. Shower had no flow and was too high... More

Absolutely disgusting! Certainly the worst place I've ever stayed for the following reasons: First and foremost there was a rat in my room! No lie! An actual rodent! Secondly and perhaps almost as bad the beer pumps have not been cleaned in what I can only imagine to be several decades producing the worst excuse for a pint I've ever... More

Although the prices offered is very cheap. But I would rather pay extra and stay somewhere else. The staff were not great and seemed quite rude. The room was very unpleasant. Comfortable bed though but the bed sheets had red stains on them, guessing blood stains. In the morning woke up went to make a cup of coffee for myself... More

upon arrival it didn't look too bad from the outside, the receptionist was nice. however the minute we left reception it all went down hill and fast. the lift sounded funny and didn't feel safe so we took the stairs, the stair well was dark and smelly with big patches of wall paper ripped off. the automatic lights in the... I was so disappointed by the misleading photos on the website when visiting this hotel. My boyfriend and I stayed for all of 10 minutes before deciding that we could not stay there. I can't even begin to describe the room we were given. I understand that the rooms are cheap & I shouldn't expect a five star hotel, but... More

My girlfriend and I booked this room as a treat for my birthday, and having been there for all of 10 minutes, we're in the process of finding another hotel. Never have we seen such a disgusting room. The paintwork was botched and incomplete, the room smelt of stale smoke, the sheets were covered in make up and holey, we... More
