We had a great stay in the family room, was very spacious and comfortable beds. Breakfast was really great. The couple that run it were very nice, told us great places to visit and made us feel at home. Was a real pleasure to stay there and will be back next year!

Very friendly staff. The hotel is easy to find and the parking was ample and free. This hotel has dated decor in need of modernising but there are lots of pleasant public spaces and everywhere was clean. Our bedroom carpet in room 15 is badly stained but the room was clean & the bed comfortable. The road is noisy, although... More

I wanted accommodation for the duration of my wife's admission to the QE Hospital for major surgery. I couldn't have wished for a better place. The proprietors were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.Would not hesitate to go back there again if I had need to stay in Birmingham.

Stayed with my wife and were treated to a lovely clean spacious room, great hospitality, and a superbly cooked fresh breakfast. Will be coming back. Great value at £59 with breakfast and VAT for two people.

I stayed at this hotel as unfortunately all my other choices were full. I have stayed in much better places for a better price. I do not think that the room was worth the price. From reading the other reviews after getting back home, it appears that I stayed at a different hotel from the other reviewers! From the outside... More

Very good budget hotel right in Birmingham. Warm welcome by owner, wife and son /daughter in law.Bust road..Hagley |Road but good parking and hotel well insulated from noise....did not hear traffic at all in back rooms which face on to big garden. Dogs very well catered for. Good breakfast made individually and not kept hot !!

We stayed in this Hotel for three nights, having travelled from Scotland to Birmingham for our Son's Wedding. Everything was first class, the room was fine, the bed comfortable and the breakfast excellent. The owners have that personal touch, the hotel has a quiet dignity, and is not at all trendy, which suits us fine. We have all become personal... More

My bike and I were made extremely welcome. Nice quiet room always kept immaculate. Outstanding breakfasts and a lovely garden to sit in as the sun went down. Could not have been made more welcome. Will definitely return!
